Lunch line

Stopped in for a tray of nuggets. The line was wrapped around the building and down the street. (Not one person was willing to get out and go in)... I braved it and was greeted promptly...not a person in line and I walked right up!. Shirley was so genuine and a real treat to be served by! I was told the nugget tray would be out shortly...and I was ready in lightning fast fashion! I will definitely return to this location as the VIP like service will reel me in. Thank you for being awesome! Respectfully, Bryan Moore, Oklahoma

This makes 3 times that my fries have been cold and my nuggets barley warm. I waited to write a review because I love Chick fila. This location has also been out of mac n cheese all three times as well. I just don't understand why my food is never hot at this location in the evening time.

Is this the slowest CFA in town, or only the 2nd slowest? 35 minutes in line to pick up a mobile order... Ridiculous.

This location is consistently slow. Expect 15-20 min in the drive thru. Logistical nightmare

How am I supposed to eat my mac and cheese with no silverware? Just curious how that is supposed to work.

It was also served on a completely different bread than the other sandwiches I saw, more like a store bought burger bun, while the others at least came on a baguette. The soup was good, though. The service seemed a bit odd and wasn't very friendly or welcoming. There was also no signage explaining that you're supposed to order at the counter, so we sat down for probably 20 minutes while being ignored before someone finally told us about the process. I also noticed that about half of their desserts were just sitting out on plates on an open counter. Half of the desserts were not behind a barrier, covered, or even wrapped in plastic. The environment is an older establishment that has acquired some dust around the place, so not sure desserts sitting on the counter is a great idea. Their hours are listed incorrectly online as well. While we were there, a very elderly (80+) customer came in wanting to order meal prep for delivery, and they basically turned him away because they said were already done taking orders for the week on a Monday. It seemed strange that they couldn't at least help him place a future order.

What went well?!? Everything!!!!…read more Service, atmosphere, and food all out of this WORLD good!!! What an incredible group of people and food that is truly outstanding. As someone who travels for a living and eats a lot of good food, I can tell you this place is the complete package!! My partner looked it up and there were 4.9 stars out of 3,400 reviews on Google and they weren't lying! We walked in and were immediately greeted and sat. Our waitress was right behind the hostess and got our drinks and a welcome/first time in cinnamon roll (holy smokes!!!) Of course I couldn't not try it (even though we are eating healthy!) and it didn't disappoint. Especially that ooey gooey middle bite. Soooo good!!! We combed the menu and settled on the Philly steak omelet (maybe Philly cheesesteak omelet? And the California omelet. Both were cooked homestyle egg wise (so the thinner egg, no fake fluff in it!) and they were PACKED with goodies! I ate the Philly and my partner had the California. Both were fantastic but I do believe the Philly was the best. I got biscuits and gravy and sourdough toast. I really didn't need any sides. The omelet was perfect and filled me up. I did taste the biscuit and it was lovely, warm, and soft. With a beautiful finish to it. Their cream gravy was perfect. (Just know the gravy isn't sausage gravy). Orlando came around and greeted us several times to make sure we were happy. We talked about all of their other food options. Everything sounded amazing. Then when we were about to leave, Orlando brought us a burger to try! It was everything he said it would be. It was on a ciabatta bun, and the meat was beautifully seasoned and well cooked. Our server was attentive and so sweet. Everything about this place screams family, love, and good food! We will ABSOLUTELY be stopping again.

We were also brought out the wrong food, and she just left it on the table. It seemed like a family member of somebody's came in. The family was served before we were also the servers set and hung out with the family. French toast to my daughter ate barely had any egg wash on it. Let's just say we've gone there a few times since they've opened we will not be returning.

I'm really going to miss this place. For years, it's been my favorite spot for vegan food (and Red…read moreCup) in OKC, and I always appreciated how much thought went into the menu. The cashew mac and cheese was always my top pick...hard to beat for comfort food, vegan or not. Thank you for all the years of great food and service. Wishing everyone the best as you move on to new things. The restaurant will be missed, but all the good you brought to the community will stick around for a long time.

While returning home from a cross country trip, I discovered this restaurant via the HappyCow app…read more Upon visiting their website, I saw that their options were either pickup or delivery so I called to inquire about nut free menu options since hubby is deathly allergic to nuts. The employee who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable in informing me that they have two nut free bowl options which are the orange chicken and the sesame rice bowl. Since hubby also wanted a buffalo chicken sandwich, I asked the employee if this food item contained nuts and after confirming with another employee, she replied that the sandwich was also nut free and consists of their store made chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, cabbage, and vegan ranch. Following my phone call and after reviewing the restaurant's menu online, I ordered the down home bowl consisting of cashew mac and cheese, their store made TLB chicken tossed in BBQ sauce, grilled broccoli and topped with green onion while hubby got the orange chicken bowl as well as the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Upon arriving at the restaurant, hubby and I were warmly greeted by a restaurant employee and I was pleasantly surprised that once could order inside the restaurant in addition to the online pickup and delivery options. The inside of the restaurant has an upbeat atmosphere with happy, bouncy music playing as well as various signs of solidarity with. Inside the restaurant, visual signage show customers the difference in bowl sizes between their standard regular bowl and a larger loaded bowl. Although I was excited to be able to purchase a premade orange chicken wrap to eat for the next day while on the road trip home, unfortunately, hubby was saddened to learn that their gravy for their mashed potatoes contains walnuts. The food pickup process was efficient and I was happy to be able to purchase additional sauces, premade wrap to go, and drinks to accompany our meal. Overall, the food was cooked well, presented beautifully, and was very tasty as well as filling. With a variety of menu options to choose from as well as generous portion sizes, I absolutely plan to visit "The Loaded Bowl" the next time I'm in the Oklahoma City area.
