I love the Chick-fil-A's in Las Vegas. They're always doing fun little community events and giveaways. Depending on the day, the drive-through line could be very long so I normally order for takeout and go in and pick it up. The app is very user-friendly. I always get their spicy chicken sandwich but most recently I've tried the grilled chicken which I didn't love. I feel like this is paired best with the salads rather than eating it by itself. Workers always very friendly there and are always trying to make sure you're helped even if the line is long.
Stopped by for a promo. The staff were friendly and efficient. Ordered my food and waited to be called for my to go order. The fries and sandwich was hot when we received the order. The location looks relatively new and was busy when we visited.
How fun. I absolutely love the themed days at Chick-fil-A. Everybody's always so nice. It's so quick. The drive-through is always clean. The only problem is it's not the easiest to get to, but it's worth it.
Always great service and organized. Got my usual Cobb salad no corn and ranch. I usually get grilled nuggets but this time I got regular. Crunchy, tasty and filling! Restaurant was clean and tidy. Workers always asking if we needed anything else. No complaints at this location. Thank you Chick Fil A!
Outstanding customer service at this Chick-Fil-A from Elena, Haidy, Briana!! The staff here are so hard-working, but the service is above and beyond amazing from these two employees! Thank you again for a wonderful breakfast and great service.
I spent $70 on food and they gave me this tiny ice cream and want to sit there and argue with me?! How about your incompetent? You took my order twice and charged me twice. Horrible managers., please Chick fil a fire these's woman and hire capable people maybe that way you'll get more stars and better reviews.
We stopped by this CFA on our way out of Vegas. It's a few minutes away from the strip and it isn't too busy at all. Parking was very easy, it's right by a Starbucks in a shared lot. The lot is pretty big. We entered and ate inside. Once we ordered, we had a complicated meal but the person at the register was very good at making sure we got everything we wanted. Once we sat, our food was ready within 5min. We didn't wait long. Everything was pretty fresh. We also needed a high chair which was available on the side with placemats on them which was very convenient. They also had a very nice lady in the lobby cleaning tables and making sure everyone was being taken care of. Her name was Nancy. She was so sweet and checked up on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved coming to this chick fil a and my kids had a great experience. This is a great spot!
From the rewards I got to try their soft ice cream. The texture is more icy than creamy when comparing it to other fast food places like McDonald's. I do prefer the cone over McDonald's however. The size just depends on the person serving you and I feel like there's not really a standard.
We went to this location after monster jam at unlv. It was 10:05 but the door was still open. The manager said we could eat inside, and I told her we wouldn't take long. My daughter was getting the baby out of the car and then the manager said, oh no, she can't come in. So half of us got to eat inside and my other daughter had to go through the drive through and take her food home. They were rude and I don't think I want to go back to this location on las vegas boulevard by town square. We just wanted to eat something quick. All of us together. It would have made a perfect ending to a fun night. My chicken sandwich was okay. It might have been better with some more pickles.
I am really upset that I keep allowing myself to keep going back to this restaurant when I know they do not value great customer service. I Keep trying to give this location a try because it's close and convenient but sometime convenience is not always good when you have been made to be so uncomfortable with spending your money at a location that you receive poor service. I'm a firm believer of that this morning because the simple fact I just waited 28 minutes in line for mobile order and when I said to the young lady, what will I be receiving today for my inconvenience of having to wait so long Her response was a shoulder shrug then the young Manager comes out and he says what's the problem I stated to him I was asking what would I be receiving today for the inconvenience of having to wait?
I thought Chick-fil-A would have the BEST chicken sandwiches due to reputation. I was so mistaken. Filled with salt to my disappointment. Going here for a quick fill me up before flight at Harry Reid airport was a TOTAL mistake. I didn't enjoy have to quench my dire need for fluids after all that sodium intake from one sandwich. Of course this place looks great from the outside/inside as all of them do. But I came here for the food bruh. That guy who eats spinach makes the best chicken sandwiches IMHO.
This is my first time to try chick-fill-A. It was ok. I didn't taste anything special for the chicken sandwich. I didn't buy it spicy one but it was spicy after I took all jalapeño. Pineapple Dragon fruit lemonade was good. Only good thing here was that I could choose healthy side. I preferred to get salad or fruit more than fried foods. It has short line so I didn't wait for ordering. But the employees outside were talking each others and we had to wait to order until they finished. Our car was in front of them but they kept taking for nothing. That was surprising. Just two meals were over $30. It was expensive. read more
This Chick-fil-A is located on the south end of Las Vegas Blvd, great for getting a bite coming into or leaving Las Vegas. There is plenty of parking available. Inside it was spacious and clean and the team members are very nice. We love CFA waffle fries and chicken sandwiches. It was a great place for us to grab food to bring back to the hotel. read more

I've been to Chick-fil-A a few times now, and they always deliver a great experience. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious, especially the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making the line move quickly even when it's busy. The restaurant is clean, and the service is some of the best you'll find at any fast-food spot. It's become one of my go-to places whenever I'm craving a quick and satisfying meal. The nuggets were hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. The Oreo shake was thick, creamy, and the perfect sweet treat to go with the meal. Definitely a combination I'll be ordering again! The service is always excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Even when it's busy, they keep things moving smoothly with a positive attitude. read more

Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A ... This location is convenient to the Southwest, I-15 and I-215, near the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always being served very quickly! The food is always consistent. I know what I am going to eat every time I go here. Definitely love their lemonade! Delicious with the perfect sweetness and tangy flavor! Their Double Chocolate Brownie is also very addictive, just saying ... Chick-fil-A is my go to "happy place" and I recommend it to anyone who likes chicken sandwich! read more

This was close to the McCarran (Why not Harry Reid?) Rental Car Center and a Starbucks which was super slow, so I opted to order a breakfast sandwich here instead of at Starbucks. I made the right decision as I ordered, walked over and got my food quicker than my coffee (which I ordered first). Great Delicious Sandwich prepared quickly. What more could I ask for. Just don't be tempted to hit up the Starbucks next door. read more

Stopped by for a quick snack. The drive-thru line was not long but we were in line for about 7 minutes to get our food. FOOD (1) 3 piece chicken tenders (This was very very good! The pieces had a crisp on the outside and the meat inside was juicy and tender. Would definitely get it again!) (2) Grilled Chicken Sandwich (This was okay. Nothing great, just grilled chicken in a sandwich) (3) Diet Lemonade (First time trying it but didn't care for it much It was more sour than sweet and wasn't good.) SERVICE The employee who helped us in the drive-thru was nice and friendly as well as rhe employee who brought our food to us. I would recommend this Chick-Fil-A! read more

Just drove into Vegas and this Chick-fil-A location is conveniently located right off the freeway. Ordered on the mobile app, and food was ready quickly. Team member Robert was super friendly. I liked that they also have a touch free trash receptacle. Restroom was relatively clean. read more

Been back a few times and raised my review to 5 stars. I've been all-in with the biscuit morning sandwich combos. The "tater tots" are for the win too! Fabulous service and hospitality from the morning curbside crew of Esther and Jason! read more

This place is always packed! I always order ahead via the app to rack up points and when I arrive they always have my order in que. I wish they still did curbside pickup for delivery orders since the lines inside and outside are always so long but that is gone now. Service is always great here and very friendly. They manage to get through long lines quick. And usually with a smile. My go to is the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of the kale crunch salad. The food is pretty standard and you know what to expect. I'm not a big fast food eater but this is pretty much my only regular fast food spot, so that says something. :) read more
