Chick-fil-a is my favorite place to bring my kids to eat. They are so kid friendly here! The staff is energetic, sweet, and patient. We have so many good experiences here. And I just learned today that if the kids don't want the toy that comes with the kids meal they can trade it in for an ice cream! This is a great option for my 1 year old who is still in the crayon eating stage! Also the food is great! I love the spicy chicken sandwich. Thank you for the wonderful service and food every time! read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Harlingen, Texas

They need to retrain their people in customer service- haven't seen it like this before. They also need to learn about the app and rewards and follow through with questions. They also apparently need to learn how to stock items like bags for ice before they run out ... you know basic stuff! read more

So, go into this location, on a Saturday evening and proceed to order a chicken stripe meal (at a chicken place!). Order is taken, go to make payment and I'm told that the stripe will take 20 minutes. Scratch that and I order a sandwich meal and a cup of tortilla soup. All's good. Take our seat and an employee comes over to say the soup will take 20 minutes, would I like to wait? Answer is NO! The employee then asks if I would like a refund? Answer is YES! Francisco, you plaque says "This is my Chik-fil-A". I think there's some room for improvement. read more

Service was slow and we were the only ones in curbside/drive through. Got there before another car, they got their food before us (mind you we ordered 10 minutes before we got to the restaurant) and still was a 10 min wait at curbside! Chickfila is usually on time so I'm not sure what happened but my food was cold by the time it got to me. Not impressed. read more

This is way different than the one in Dixieland. Chicken was terrible dry and tasted like it was sitting all day. Horrible!! The one on Dixieland is way better. I wasted $40 down the drain on this crap. Very disappointed with the food. Also the chicken sandwiches were very thin and the piece of chicken was very small or maybe it was just dried out. It was like a rubber tire. Very dissatisfied, never again! Burger King next door would have probably been a better choice. read more

It was such a great experience ya'll! I do recommend 100/10 ! They never let me down, and the service is emasculate . The food is as juicy as seen on commercial, worth the buy! And it's pretty clean in there, no complaints! Besides the restrooms are niceee! P.S shout out to Enrique for his outstanding costumer service! read more

Chick-fil-A - Love seeing how much our local chick fil a loves its kiddos - Fast Food Near Me - Harlingen, Texas

This chick Fila location in particular really needs to hire intelligent workers. Every time I go to this location because it's in my area they always find a way to upset me how in the hell I wait over 10 mins for just one item. I went inside to ask for my one item after seeing a curbside worker look at my car then said he didn't see it he didn't even come outside he walked through the first door then turned back around and went inside. Super disappointed hope Mr. Fransisco fix this issue this is unacceptable also the phone line issue needs to be fixed this is not service read more

Very good fast food and one out of two places that we go The service is very good & never had a problem with the Oder with either inside or drive through read more

The best chicken in the food biz like me and my family say it's the lords chicken I really recommend the number 1

Very good service never in line for long. Happy and friendly faces always happy to help.

Food--delicious as usual! However, the drive-through is perpetually slower than other Chick-fil-A s i visit.

Drove 15 minutes to get there from my Hotel. Line moved fast but no smiles. They didn't give me any of the extra stuff that comes with my meal (grilled chicken salad). Meaning I got to my Hotel and had no fork, no napkin and no bell pepper crisp. read more

horrible service the owner was rude to me and those workers were rude my food was cold too.

What a rip off. I normally don't eat at chick-fil-A but my grandson convinced me to take him there. I ordered the 3 piece strip meal and a side salad. The pieces of chicken strips were sooo small. My hummingbird that feeds in my patio has bigger strips. What a rip off. Couldn't even finish one sauce container coating the chicken. And it was pricey! Never again. Not a good value for the money. At best it's an appetizer meal. Not for dinner unless you're 8 years old. read more

Not a bad establishment. Chick-Fil-A is definitely on the upper end of service when it comes to fast food. Drive-Thru lines are always packed, but it moves quickly. It's smart to have employees take orders well in advance. Their menu is also recognizable enough, that orders are made quickly. Even with long lines, I've never spent any more than 5-8 minutes in the drive thru. read more

Last 4 times I have ordered from this location with doordash, they have not given me what I had ordered. Each time I have ordered from them, I have ordered a 1/2 unsweet 1/2 sweet gallon of tea ($8) and they give me either sweet or unsweet gallon ..this is the 4th time! And the manager said :well just bring the gallon you got up here and exchange it!" ...so he wants me to PAY FOR AN UBER to get the gallon I ordered, so his employees mess up and he wants me to pay to come up there? unprofessional! the employees and managers at this store need some SERIOUS training... $32 dollars for 4 gallons and all of them were NOT what i ordered! Tonight, I even CALLED before i made my doordash order and asked them to PLEASE make sure they give me the right gallon of tea and the kid said "ok maam ill tell the drink person and the person bagging the orders" and so even calling them before making my order didnt work! My advice to you if you live in harlingen, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Because they will mess up your order then tell you its your problem and you gotta drive up to them to fix it! So if you dont have a car like me, you'll be paying for their mistakes! literally! Order from another location! read more

New store everything is nice and clean! Staff of course is very nice and attentive! Very BIG parking lot bigger than any of the others than I've been too you can park a bus in here! Food came out fast! read more

This new location opened a month ago, the interior is updated and modern. The booths next to the children's area are larger, allowing for 6 comfortably instead of just 4. The staff were all kind and friendly. There are at least two stations that allow you to get your condiments, napkins, straws. So it's less crowded, and cleaner. Wonderful experience going here read more

When it comes to customers service it's really good. My problem is the amount of flies all over restaurant especially order and kitchen area. It's been like this for quite some time and compared to the Dixie land one it's dirtier. Hope they get it solved soon . read more

Very happy with this location, the staff is friendly and mostly attentive, the food is fresh and assembled well, and the dining area is clean and free of trash, as the employees clean often when I'm there. Today's visit included a few flies, I know it's through no fault of their own, but I thought it was odd to see. Otherwise, I will say this is the best location I've visited in a long while and I hope to see this store thrive and stay clean. The food is delicious and well worth your money. read more

Wow! Newly opened for business and they get slammed for lunch like the other location. I am so impressed with the service. I tried the new app and was able to avoid the long line, so yeah... I'm definitely going to keep using it. Great job! Keep it up! read more

Traveling from California-Arizona-Louisiana-Florida-Texas-Georgia, This is the only chick-fil-a location where they don't have anybody working the lobby asking if everything is okay, refills needed, extra sauce, etc. Looks like I'll be testing the other location to see if it's any better. read more
