I usually love Chick-fil-A, and this location is close to my house so I visit often, but lately the service has gone downhill. The drive-thru feels completely run by kids who rush you through your order and often make mistakes. Today was especially frustrating. I was trying to redeem my free birthday entrée, and the employee told me I had to order another meal for it to go through. I tried explaining that I only wanted to be charged for the fries and drink separately, not as a full meal, but he wasn't understanding at all. My friend even tried helping explain, but he just kept rushing us, saying "is that it?" and giving us the total before we were done ordering. This isn't the first time either -- they've messed up my orders multiple times, forgotten sauces, or given the wrong ones. It never used to be this bad, but lately it feels like there's no supervision or proper training. This location really needs better management and oversight. read more

Talk about curbside appeal, the property is manicured like a country club in the Hamptons. 2. They've nailed down corporate branding years ago, and it is still evolving. Signage here is exemplary. 3. Inside dining area is also effective, sophisticated, purposeful, and message oriented. 4. Staff is friendly, engaging, and always helpful. I give this Chick-fil-A a two. We ordered breakfast for curbside pickup while on the go. Out of 5 meals ordered, one chicken minis was missing, and one Chicken Biscuit was a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit instead. We didn't realize until we had already left so we had to make another stop. Luckily, the employees were super nice about solving the problem, and put those two meals back on my Chick-fil-A app as rewards. The Chicken Biscuit I had was amazing, though. I will give them that. Today I just wanted some chicken strips and buffalo dipping sauce. Got to the parking lot in the drive through line was all the way around the building. I couldn't believe how quickly this line moved. Most likely due to the fact that two people were taking orders halfway through the line on a mobile device of which you could pay for your meal right there. Friday during lunch hour; drive through line was long and a decent crowd inside. There was a reason. I'll cut to the chase: Chick-fil-A makes a darn good chicken 'samich. And lets not forget the waffle fries and assortment of dipping condiments. My wife went with a salad and that was tasty as well. Service here was outstanding. I believe that's why this chain has seen so much success. The staff was friendly and smiling. And they check on you! My wife was finished with her beverage and they refilled it for her. I usually only visit this Chick-fil-A when I'm with my boyfriend and I love the place. One employee, Jenesis, knows my boyfriend's order of chicken sandwich with no pickles which is pretty cool! Everytime I go here with him I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal with zesty buffalo and a large sweet tea as the drink and he orders a chicken sandwich meal with Chick-fil-A sauce and a medium coke. If we are extra hungry, we might get some Chick-fil-A nuggets. If we go through the drive-thru it goes by so quick because the workers there go to your window and take your order for you. If you order inside to dine-in, the line could be long but there is almost 90% of the time an employee is taking orders for people in the line and all they have to do is pay when they're at the counter. I'm happy the management at this Chikfila is so hands on. The food is consistently good but I had a few instances where a take out order was wrong. I brought it to their attention and things have been going great lately. This is a busy location but they work hard to get everyone in and out with a Chikfila smile. I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A, and not only because Dan Cathy and I are both Christians. They have top-notch chicken sandwiches at low prices with legendary customer service. And baby, it doesn't get any better than this. A foursome, one who's age 8, stopped here on a summer Friday afternoon on the way to Clearwater Beach. You know what that means: a big crowd. The drive-through lane snaked all the way around the building, and the line inside stretched from the cashier to the back of the building. Here's what happened: Chick-fil-A people were taking orders from the drivers while they were waiting in line, then passing them inside. I don't know how soon they got their meal. But my sister-in-law and I got in line, and five minutes later, we had placed our orders at the cashiers. Meanwhile, several staff were walking around with food, dropping them off to the hungry patrons. All staff, inside and outside, were smiling, and you could not tell if they were stressed. The food was at its usual high standards. As always, I had a spicy chicken deluxe, and the other three had chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets (the 8 year old). We expected fantastic food, and we got it again. Please note that "spicy" does mean spicy, especially if you add pepperjack cheese. Believe the hype. Chick-fil-A is that good. read more
