Almost every time I've stopped here, the drive through is completely full and onto the street, yet I always receive my order in a matter of minutes. The staff is always friendly, and in the many, many orders I've placed the team has always prepared my order without missing anything -- even sauces and napkins! Everybody looooves Chick-Fil-A! I just don't get it. Yes, the chicken is good, seems fresh. The waffle fries have a nice crunch, and they have a healthy grilled chicken option. But so do most chicken places. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike it, it's just not write home to mom from summer camp worthy like everyone else seems to gush over. The chicken is definitely better than most! Chunks of real chicken vs filler. Unfortunately the biscuits are always so intensely dry I can barely finish a mini one without gulping a huge glass of water. Sauces are decent. I personally hate the Polynesian as way too sweet. Honey mustard is ok in a pinch. Their ranch is trash. Namesake sauce is good, but no spice to it. On opposite end buffalo sauce has great spice but it overpowers the chicken. I usually end up just doing carry out so I can use my own sauces at home. Lines for ordering here are stupid. Not worth it. I live walking distance from here so luckily the inside line is a tiny bit better than the drive thru line. Customer service is hit or miss. If I'm starving and in the mood for chicken I'll hit it up every time, because convenience is king. But I just wouldn't go out of my way to go here if I had other options. read more

Southwest salad - picked up at drive thru. Overall I thought everything was good until I discovered - picture below. The last time I purchased the salad no tortilla strips or chili lime pepitas were included. This salad did have those included. Why did the worker think it was ok to have this in a salad? This visit to Chick-fil-A was one for my girlfriend to definitely remember. She got us 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with fries. Now let me start off by saying everybody obviously knows this, but it just shows how much the quality of the chicken has gone down and the quality of their service. Does Chick-fil-A even care anymore? The chicken was dry. The fries literally still had grease visible on them like do you want us to get heart attacks from all the grease? The service was terrible. A Chick-fil-A guy beside the line took our order and we picked it up on the way out. A really efficient way to handle a high customer volume. My spicy chicken sandwich was the best. The chicken was tender inside and crispy-crunchy outside. That spicy flavor was, well, different and so, so good. The potato waffle fries were even better when dipped into the sweet & spicy sriracha sauce, which was amazing. Now to rate this Chick-fil-A. The wait line was somehow made to be as short as possible. There is a newer manager at this location and he is a complete disaster. Matthew Speedy is his name. We made an online order from that location. Went home and realized half the food was not in the bag. (We of course had the receipt and paid for all of it ). He wanted us to spend another 45 min driving to get the remainder of our order with little to no apology. I opted not to go get the rest of the food as it was late and asked him to refund me for the missing food. He said he wasn't authorized and I would have to go through corporate to get my refund on the food we didn't receive. So absurd. For $18. Wow. He won't last long. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. I had two people check to make sure I had been helped while I was waiting for my strawberry milkshake. The drive thru was busy as was the inside, but there was no line to order. My order was to go and I didn't wait long. Heresy I know, but Chick-fil-a is like a frickin' daycare with chicken tenders. Then you have to put up with a huge line. Is the chicken and fries better than any other fast food joint? Yeah, its alright/pretty good chicken, but the price point puts you nearly at a nicer local joint to get your chicken and waffle (fries) fix. I ordered two #1 meals, two lemonades no ice, 1 cup of ice, 12 piece nuggets with two or each sauce, one grilled chicken sandwich (no meal). 1 coffee. I was given no sauces, 3 drinks all with ice, one drink I didn't need which means I was charged for a full additional meal and with that I had extra fries. Initially before walking out I thought the mistake was made with the fries. I told the manager it was okay b/c I didn't want to waste the food. Only on my way to Memphis was I finally able to sift through the bag to find all the errors. I thought that all of the cups were two cups of ice, two drinks and my coffee, rather it was 3 drinks w/ice and one cup of ice. I'm so confused as to how and why he made my order as such. I overpaid for what wasn't needed and I'm annoyed because I spoke clearly and specified exactly what I wanted. This now why I'm writing this review. The coffee was amazing though. The Thrive Farmers idea is great. It doesn't taste charred and burnt like other coffees. Aside from my order being wrong I'll come back again, but friendly customer service while filling orders incorrectly doesn't serve anyone no matter how fresh your flowers are. Stopped here on our way out of town on a Wednesday afternoon. This place was incredibly busy; I think some of the schools had gotten out early. My husband and I opted to go inside because the drive-thru line was long and intrusive to the whole parking lot. The inside was full, too. They did have all hands on deck and all registers running. Each line was near the back of the building. We were in line for over 30 minutes. The lady working our register, Delmi, was very slow. The other lines were moving much faster. A special shout out to Caleb who was rubbing the register next to us. He went through 8 orders in the time Delmi got through two - and it wasn't that the orders were simpler or smaller. In listening to Delmi's interactions with others and ourselves, it's clear there is a language barrier. I have a lot of grace for that, but it was impeding her on a higher level than expected and was visibly frustrating to customers, especially elderly ones. Outside of the language barrier, she also seemed to simply work slower than others and did not have the same multi-tasking abilities. These issues combined was not ideal for working a register, especially during an insane rush. The managers were visibly working hard and seemed to have great attitudes. Love Chick-Fil-A. There's just nothing like it around. Yes, there are times when I would love to have some nuggets on a Sunday, but ultimately, I have the utmost respect for Truett Cathy and his family for not caving on this one. It's so incredibly rare in this day and age, to come across anyone who refuses to compromise their beliefs, especially when a whole lot of dollars are waving and taunting them in the face. They stand strong...huge props to them for this. I will continue to survive without those delectable nuggets on Sundays. This location is pretty much always packed. I hit the drive thru last night, late...nearly 10:00 (late for a dinner, and definitely late in Brentwood). I was behind one person in line, and it moved quickly enough, but what I was surprised by was the crowd inside at that time of night! It was packed in there. They just always do well. Having two lines helps quite a bit. And, I have placed large orders at the drive thru (for a high school football team) and had it come out FAST. I was very impressed. I LOVE going to this Chick-Fil-A! This was the first Chick-Fil-A I visited when I first moved to Nashville about three years ago. Every employee here has been great and they always greet each customer with a smile. As with the previous review, this place is always busy, especially on Tuesday nights when they have their Kid's meal deals. The only problem I have with this place is that it is DIFFICULT to find parking. Especially when the Kid's meal deals on Tuesdays have to be bought inside and not through the drive-thru. And well, this isn't a problem, but more of a nuisance, but Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays. Often I find myself craving Chick-Fil-A after church, and I always forget it's closed on Sundays. Otherwise, visit this Chick-Fil-A in Brentwood or even the one in Cool Springs! Both deliver great customer service, and top notch Chick-Fil-A cuisine! read more

It's probably time I write a review about this place considering I've frequented this location recently. I typically roll through the drive-thru to grab a bite on my way home, or to supply dinner to two of my dear friends that are practically living at VCH with their son. The drive-thru offers two lanes, my order has never been wrong, and the employees are always pleasant. (Hehe..."My pleasure!" What's up with that anyway...?) I don't eat a lot of meat, and am VERY finicky when it comes to fast food. However, their chicken sandwich is pretty good, but ultimately...it's the waffle fries that is my fave. Not to mention the cool ketchup packs, selection of sauces, and crushed ice! Of course, the craving for those waffle fries often hits on a Sunday... On a more recent trip, I was asked if I wanted my sandwich on a white or wheat bun. Whaaaaat? YES! "Wheat please!" Coolness. And the wheat bun was really good. Unfortunately, I later discovered there is a 20 cent up-charge for wheat over white. I feel that should have been mentioned while giving the option. Boooooo. As I stated above, I typically roll through the drive-thru (either solo, or with my best friend when she's in town). Although recently, my husband and I opted to bring a large order over to VCH, and decided we should split up the orders and go inside to place them. I then understood what other Yelpers meant when they said "daycare" in their reviews... The place was crawling with kids, which is fine by me, but it was a total madhouse. I felt hurried when placing my half of the orders, and then stood back waiting for them to be filled. As they came up - SLOWLY one-by-one, I would grab the bag, and take it to the condiment counter. Of course, I was in the way of a bazillion other families trying to get their condiments, all while wrangling their kids. Unfortunately, I had nowhere else to go since all the tables were filled, and the side counter had people lined up to request things forgotten during their initial order. The line my husband was in had moved faster than mine, so naturally I assumed his orders would come up first. Unfortunately, they didn't, and 20 minutes later we were still waiting on his last order.
