As you can see from the photo, the cheese on my Zinger was straight from the fridge and not melted at all. My friend's burger had cold buns. While the quality of the meat is no-doubt better than that served in an average KFC in America, there's no reason for the cheese and buns to be cold. The unlimited soda refills tempered my disappointment a bit, so I'm giving this venue two out of five stars. While I wasn't impressed by this KFC, there might be KFC's in Italy that put more care into their food.
