Figure we would give this a try since it's a chain and can't be too terrible, I would skip even trying. Ramen broth was clean tasting but had no depth in flavors. Pork was lacking any flavor a normal chashu wouldNoodles were not ramen noodles, not sure what they were but got soggy quickly. Baos were too much bun not enough filling, and the buns were dry. The service was odd - you order, and they write down your orders on your paper placemat - is this because the server can't remember all the orders? That's the impression it gives off. You pay at the counter with your table number on your way out.

One of the best Asian chains in Milan! So many different dishes to choose from. The Korean beef bao buns and pulled pork gyoza are to die for as is the katsu curry, and udon noodle stir fry. For dessert, got the banana tempura which came with Salted Caramel ice cream... Absolutely divine! Will 100% be back! Great service as well.

It's ironic that we came here for a ramen lunch, in Milan. Our experience with this chain had been mixed since first trying it out in London twelve years ago. Yet, on a rainy day, and in a hurry, we found this Wagamama the only option near our hotel. A lunch crowd was forming and we had to share a table. Service was slow. My chicken ramen was quite bland with a thin under-seasoned broth. My companion was satisfied with her shirodashi ramen although these were not the same caliber ramen we loved in Tokyo or NYC. The green tea came lukewarm. Good thing we ordered a Kirin beer to satisfy our thirst. It became frustrating when time came to pay the bill. You're supposed to walk up and pay at the front. All the staff was tied up and a crowd was queueing at the door. Finally we angled to get our turn and a different server asked for our table number which we did not know. Mercifully she finally found a match on the screen after we recited the items ordered so we could pay and leave, after waiting ten minutes. I wondered if frustrated customers had walked out without paying in such chaotic situation.

When we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff and the clean, beautiful decor. There was a complimentary shrimp appetizer that consisted of a single cooked shrimp with a sweet, cream based sauce and a small side of pickled veggies. For our main course, we ordered the roasted duck and the Kung Pao chicken. Chinese roasted duck is one of my favorite dishes. While I was expecting roasted duck, what was served was what appeared to be fried duck. It was not what I was expecting but was still delicious, moist meat and crispy duck skin. If you're looking for more traditional roast duck, I'd suggest ordering the Peking option. The Kung Pao was delicious. Had serious kick and the chicken was tender and moist. The entrees do not come with rice as you get in the states, so order a small bowl for 2€. Would definitely eat here again! Was a great pick to help break up the overload of pasta and pizza (yes, it's possible for that to happen)

Pro-tip: Ensure you make a reservation as this place fills up quickly…read more Pro-tip 2: Group your orders so you get things in chunks. Service: 5* (very fast) Ambience: 4* Taste: 5* This place has changed names a few times and appears differently on Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor. But this is the place for AYCE sushi. There is a time limit of 1.5 hours, but you can do it. Stay focused and stay the course! ;-) There is an iPad at your table where you place your orders. In between orders there is a 5 minute waiting period so I would recommend bunching your orders. Order sashimi to Andre your fish fix without all that filling rice. We ordered a variety of rolls, sashimi, and side dishes. All were good, some great. The fish was very fresh and tasty. Very, very good. We actually plan to return later in the week again. Easy to get your fish fix.

The only kind they had included some sort of ground meat inside instead of cabbage and shrimp and such. It was kind of like eating a spring roll with hamburger in it. The wasabi and ginger are incredibly fresh and potent. That was a nice treat. I arrived at opening at lunchtime and I think I was the only one in the restaurant so the wait staff was very attentive and friendly and fast. The Japanese owner lady is incredibly friendly and kind.
