Upon order, even with the buffet style 1-2-3 meat (pork chops, hamburger steak, chicken fried steak, Lima beans, black eyed peas, cabbage with sausage, authentic mashed potatoes) with 1-2-3 sides beckoning my hungry self right in front of me, the lady said, "Ooh now, that's a good choice!" And she wasn't wrong!! I requested blackened style (think grilled w flavor) & the hoagie bun was so perfect I thought I was eating in New Orleans. I didn't picture my table mate's meal but sampling it, the potatoes & peas sent me back to the farmhouse days fresh from the garden.
