District manager says I have 10 days to pay whole loan off even though only 2 payments behind. Told them on day 5, I'd pay on day 8 or 9. Paid morning of day 9 & they had already shipped car to Dealer's Auto Auction. Had to pay them $100 to get car back after they made me wait 50 minutes past appointment time, then find out all my belongings still at repo lot, but they claimed not to know who that is. Had to call this lousy loan company back & get runaround of who repoed car. Finally find them & told $50 to get MY belongings back that they stole out of my car! This has been a total nightmare & I will never turn to one of these crappy loan services again!

I received a USPS email with a picture of the mail but it wasn't delivered to my home because it had my mom's name on the front. I called the Yukon Tag Agency, and they said they hadn't received it back from USPS just yet but that they'd keep an eye out for it. I feared it was lost. What was so unexpected was when they emailed me saying it was returned to the tag agency. I was thrilled! I was able to go pick it up. They greeted me kindly and gave me great advice on how to switch the title to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you kind employees! You've been quite helpful.
