I spent 3 hours trying to get some questions answered, to understand what I was being told, and to understand how I should move forward. So finally I called my agent's office, Scott Tabares. It was obvious she cared about me as a person and as a customer. After a few minutes, I would guess less than 20, she had cut through the 800 jungle, and she and I were working toward a solution. She stayed on the phone with me through each contact until I had an appointment to have the windshield replaced. Thank you Marla. I appreciate the personal support and care. Again thank you.
