The goodness starts with the buns that are made in house from scratch. It's the best burger bun I've tasted. I don't eat beef so unfortunately I couldn't try a hamburger but people were ranting and raving about how good they taste. Fortunately, they also serve chicken burgers. It's a deboned thigh marinated in buttermilk then fried and topped with honey, jalapenos, lettuce, and sauce. Although I prefer grilled foods, it was surprisingly good. They also have pizza on the menu. This place should definitely be on your list of places to try in Mielic.
