I was impressed with it but this was my first store I visited. After a couple of other stores I was impressed with Furniture Depot's sofa, only thing I didn't know was how it felt sitting down. After a couple of minutes I bought it. It was delivered in 2 days, his son and helper were pretty cool to talk with while figuring a way to squeeze it into my bedroom. They found an issue with rolling out the hideaway, so he called Leo out to investigate, he found that the screw the installers placed was too big and they replaced the screw. It was interesting on how this sofa was made and simple to take apart and put together, but it will take 2 people to move this sofa. Will certainly do business again with this business.

Prior to deciding on the exchange, we dealt with Gabe and Zac at the Paso store. These two gentlemen were wonderful to deal with and took very good care of us. We decided to go with a Speed queen but unfortunately, they were almost a month out. At this point we've been without a washer for five weeks, when I relayed that to Gabe, he hooked us up with a loaner washing machine, had it delivered and hooked up for us. Our new Speed queen was delivered yesterday, the delivery team was wonderful, all good to go. Idlers came through, and we appreciate it!

As a last resort I called Idlers and had a pleasure speaking with I believe Ron, a very nice gentleman I met a few minutes later after he checked inventory and promptly called me back as promised. He not only had a top-of-the-line whirlpool available, but made arrangements to have it delivered and installed the very next day at a very reasonable cost. Sure I could've picked a stainless steel unit up at Lowe's and hauled it home and then have to hire somebody to come and put it in and I might have saved $50 but the fact that Ron was willing to go above and beyond, locate the inventory, confirm that it was there and available and then circle back to me so quick to complete the transaction was very much appreciated. I'm already stressed out from this house sale, and this was the last thing I needed, so I was very appreciative of Idlers help and getting my house to pass inspection

I placed a Martha Stewart solar light sculpture in my shopping cart, then added a twin pack of king size pillows and some sheer drapes. I then proceeded to the decorative pillow section to find some pillows to compliment my new sofa. When I returned to my cart, it was gone. Instead I found my twin pack of pillows and sheer drapes dumped on a table. My cart and solar light sculpture were no where to be found. I asked one of the staff members if they had seen my cart and she replied that someone may have taken it. We then proceeded to search the store and found the culprit with my cart and sculpture. When the staff member questioned her, she replied she found it in a cart. I said, yes, that was my cart and promptly removed it. She apologized but what gives her the right to take someone elses cart and merchandise. Luckily this staff person and I worked quickly to find the thief.
