It was super packed and it's not uncommon to share a table with strangers. You first order at a small counter on the right side and after you pay they give a you a receipt with a number. The fruit station will then call your number when it's your turn for them to prepare it. It's super fast pace and even speaking Spanish I felt a bit overwhelmed when I got to the station to order.
