I spent weeks calling and leaving messages but no one would answer or call me back. Because of this I left a negative google review. That was 5 years ago. Since then the owner, Kelly, has been harassing me over text and email every couple months, even though I asked not to be contacted again. I have blocked several numbers and emails, but they make new ones. Overall, it's probably the worst experience I've had with any company. For years, I was a customer of Allstate, and I got tired of their significantly raising my rates every several months despite my having no claims. Therefore, in August 2024, I obtained insurance quotes from several other companies, including Madia Insurance Agency. I definitely felt happiest with Madia's communication, coverage, and premiums, so I purchased insurance policies through them. I had found Madia Insurance Agency through Google, and I filled out a form on their website in the late afternoon. The very next morning, the agent Nick Madia talked with me on the telephone for over an hour to discuss the coverages and premiums for auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies through Erie Insurance. I thought that his advice was very informative and not pushy. Later that day, I showed the three quotes to my husband. The next day, I talked with Nick on the phone again, increased some of the coverage, and signed up for the three insurance policies. Compared to agents from Allstate, State Farm, and other insurance companies, Nick's communication was significantly faster and more thorough, and his quotes were lower. So far, I have had my three insurance policies for only about one week, so I cannot comment on the billing and claims processes, but I feel very happy with the service from Madia Insurance Agency.
