I spent weeks calling and leaving messages but no one would answer or call me back. Because of this I left a negative google review. That was 5 years ago. Since then the owner, Kelly, has been harassing me over text and email every couple months, even though I asked not to be contacted again. I have blocked several numbers and emails, but they make new ones. Overall, it's probably the worst experience I've had with any company. As contractors there's no one to hold them accountable, and they take full advantage of that.

I was not informed that my title had to be sent directly from my bank (no worries - first time for everything) Chyna Morton assisted me in the paperwork and faxed over the request to my auto loan bank. Even when the bank gave me the wrong fax number she was very willing to re-send the request and provided me email confirmation as well. We stayed in contact the majority of the time through email and she called when she received my title (it only took my bank a whole month to send the title over) but AAA on Baum Blvd was patient and assisted me through the whole process. Fast forward a whole month later, I went into the office yesterday (7/13) to pick up my tags and title. I arrived at 9:30 AM and was out of there by 10:30 AM - I thanked Chyna for all her help. But I want to also thank Cynthia White for assisting me yesterday and bearing with me while we located my VIN on my tall Jeep. I appreciate all the help and support and plan to go to the location if I ever need to get tags and titles again for another vehicle.

The people in the office never answer their phone and most calls are returned late, if at all. To actually speak with someone, I've had to physically go to their office. The last time I went to their office, I left work early on a Wednesday to try to get there before they closed. I arrived at 4:30. The office was closed even though their hours state they are open until 5. Today I received a phone call from someone in the office who said she was returning my call. It was actually my husband who called and left a message, not me. Since I had her on the phone though, I thought I could ask her a few questions. Instead of answering my questions, she became very short and tried to talk over me. I told her to call my husband (who, as a law student, is just going to question her more thoroughly than I did). There are so many other agents in the area that have to be more reliable than this company. I'm sure Dave is a great agent, but his office staff is the worst. If the phone doesn't get picked up and our questions can't get answered (without attitude I might add), what would happen if we filed a claim? There are too many agents in the Pittsburgh area to stick with an office that is unreliable - we're moving on from Dave Masters. **Update: After posting this review my husband and I switched our insurance over to another State Farm agent.
