A photo of my dog surrounded by tiny puppies, and the yellow petals of the caraganna bush somehow framing her eye lashes. I think the photo should win an award. Jessica updates her blog often and I think she has quite a following for both her website and her blog. Marcin & Dorota hiked with us to Peyto Lake for the ceremony and then we all drove to Lake Louise for photos and lunch, followed by more photos at Moraine Lake. They were committed to us for the entire day. We even had a sunset helicopter trip planned, but couldn't fly due to a pop-up thunderstorm. They are such wonderful, fun people who have a true passion for photography. They will go out of their way (laying on the ground, crawling into bushes, etc.) to get the perfect shot. I first discovered Baby Bee photography during my second pregnancy. We hired Roberta to take…read morenewborn photos of my baby shortly after she was born and I could not have been more pleased with the experience and the photos we received. Her studio is super well set up for newborns - super warm, an endless supply of blankets and towels for any accidents and what seems like a warehouse full of props, headbands, baskets, background blankets and wraps. Roberta is highly skilled at wrapping newborns and ensuring their utmost safety while at the same time capturing beautiful photos. I did not hesitate to leave her with my newborn third child while I attended to the older siblings. She has a lot of patience for fussy newborn babies who will just not sleep for the session and older siblings who are not so co-operative for their portion of the session. I wouldn't want anyone else to photograph these early moments with our babies.
