I was nervous and exhausted; I don't know what I was thinking making an early 8:30 am appointment. However, upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Mr. Herb himself and all my worries melted away to the ease of listening to his honeyed voice. He kindly advised me on what posture and pose would be most advantageous to my portrait. He kindly offered me a steaming cup of coffee and then showed me the hot seat! What's most important is that he made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. His studio was neat and inviting with an array of beautiful photography he's taking over his career. I had brought two outfits to wear during my photo shoot which was to be the head shoot for my real estate career. He worked quickly and diligently; slightly correcting my pose explaining that a long neck and dropped shoulders were the way to go. Even though it was still the wee hours of the morning Mr. Herb was able to coax a terrific smile from me every time even some sultry looks to add to my portfolio of photos! Every photo seemed effortless and happy! Nothing at all like those school photographers we are all used to; when in the back of our mind we are pleading with a greater force that you may appear at your best. That is simply not the case at Herb Booth photography; you're comfortable and have that unmistakably familiar feeling that you will be looking you utmost best in your executive portrait. After the photo session; the next nightmare sitting down and judging your own face! Again, Mr. Herb was more that helpful. Unfortunately, right after our scheduled shoot Bri was involved in a bad car accident. My husband and I were very understanding to the fact that she needed to take time heal and recover before returning to work. In May, Bri appeared to be back at work and posting on social media. Come September, I still had not heard from Bri about our shoot or received any photos except for the few sneak peeks she had sent right after our shoot. I waited an entire 6 months to reach out to Bri and inquire about my photos & video I paid her $400 for. I sent her a kind text acknowledging her accident and inquired about my photos. I did not hear anything back from Bri despite her posting on social media. I texted Bri again one week later requesting a refund since I hadn't received my product or any communication from her. This time she did respond and let me know she'd check on my photos and get back to me. 10 days later with no more communication from Bri, I texted her again and asked for a refund. AGAIN, Bri did not respond. I waited another week and texted Bri yet again to vent my frustrations of her lack of communication, not providing the service I paid for, and explained I felt my only option was to file a claim with small claims court. Bri responded and was extremely rude telling me she would not be issuing a refund and that I shouldn't be taking her to small claims over a mini session. Bri did end up refunding $75 as "lost damage" for not providing the video that she claims was a complimentary add on even though the session I booked was a mini session and video add on for $400 which is exactly how it's advertised on her website. She also tried to say that the few sneak peaks she provided were all the photos despite the fact that she stated she would check on the rest of my photos. Moral of the story is Bri DOES NOT communicate. Bri DID NOT provide the product I paid her for. Please do not use Bri for your shoots. There are plenty of other talented photographers in the Tampa Bay Area.

They immediately setup operations with the on board Royal Caribbean's coordinator to make sure the details were carried out. it was then that they discovered my Royal celebration person dropped the ball on our order for flowers...ie. no flowers arrived. They were so upset it was like they were our family and took it to heart, going into overdrive to fix the problem. it was not fixable but with the cruise director's wife ( who left the ship to get us flowers) they eventually did give the bride some flowers to remember her wedding. The photos were taken at the perfect time of day and Terra Lynn worked various angles and shots to capture the light and get the best outcome.
