Presentation for all the plates was beautiful. Started with the escargots which were seasoned perfectly with the right touch of garlic. The 3 plates the table ordered were the Dos de Cabillaud (Cod), the steak de Thon (tuna), and the burger. All were delicious. The cod comes topped with a salty tapenade that goes great with the fish and a side of polenta. Both fish came with a good ratatouille. The tuna was just a tad bit over cooked, but still tasted great. The burgers were impressive. Big and juicy with a tarter sauce that worked well. Then came dessert. Moelleux au chocolat (chocolate lava cake) was awesome. Just the right amount of gooey center. The krumble petite lu (warm apple tart) was very good. Only thing missing was vanilla ice cream. They served it with mango, which wasn't terrible...but it wasn't vanilla. It is not the most kid friendly place, but the staff made it an excellent experience even with kids. And even the kids loved the food.

I couldn't decide on a wine so our server was very helpful in picking one for me given what we ordered and let me try 3 of them before confirming one. On food, we loved the cheeses, charcuterie, escargots (though they were smaller than we are used to), and fries. The foie gras, sea breem with mussels, and shrimp were also good. Definitely recommend!

Here is the rating for the food: - Caesar salad - 4.5 stars. Excellent! The best chicken caesar salad I ever had in Europe. The reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is that the chicken was breaded (I like it better grilled) and the breading was a little burnt thus making the chicken a tad dry. The salad and the dressing however, were exquisite. - Cheese platter - great, a very nice and generous cheese selection. - Burgers - on the smaller side, but good. The service was also very good and friendly. Can't wait to go back!
