    What a joke of a business! Unreliable and dishonest. Pricing is bait and switch. Chances are they will cancel on you last minute.

    Brought my daughter and niece to ride horses. The staff were so nice, friendly and patient with the girls. Will definitely be coming back.

And - I am so honored to say, we were their first guests! Being a wife, mother of two grown children, and grandmother to 4 littles, I spend a lot of time with our family. These days, with my grandchildren ranging from 2-7 years old, that time isn't always spent focused on the adults in the family (do we even remember how to have an adult conversation? LOL). So, I wanted to do something special for my husband, our children, and their spouses. My idea was to celebrate "just because"!We are winegrape farmers and winemakers; having just finished our harvest for the year! There are no birthdays or anniversaries in our immediate family in October. And we hadn't hit the holiday season yet. So this truly was just because. Happy to have harvest season behind me, in choosing our "theme" of the picnic, I requested an emphasis on Autumn. Our setting was my daughter's backyard. GARDENIA PICNIC transformed it into a magical, Fall setting; with Autumn colors, and foods - including a gorgeous autumnal themed cake! Yum!! The decor was exquisite; down to the small details. Everything was thought out thoroughly and placed perfectly. Being a "picnic", and not a full-blown traditional meal, the foods were appropriate to that, and in very generous proportions. The menu offers a nice variety of items, and we all enjoyed the selections tremendously! We were blown away by the beauty and thoughtful touches of our picnic! GARDENIA PICNIC pays attention to detail. They will absolutely do their utmost to make your picnic a perfect party; whether it's just the two of you, or a special accommodation for 6, as we were. We went…read morewith her Day Maker package (6 weeks from your event/wedding) and met with her prior to our wedding to discuss day-of details. She was always available by text/email/phone, and made sure every detail was covered in a timeline for the wedding. She is a great source of knowledge, anything you need from vendor referrals or reception planning - she's your girl! Thanks to Jessi and her assistant Becky, we had a stress-free and fun wedding. They were prompt, friendly, organized, and a dream to work with! A problem arose with the venue that Jessi and Becky handled so swiftly that we never even knew about it until after the wedding. Jessi ensured we stayed on time during our reception, which helped us not feel rushed. And as an added bonus, she gifted us with the cutest and most thoughtful gift bags on the morning of our wedding that included an emergency kit (tide pen, lip balm, q-tips, face wipes, bandaids etc!) and a flask with booze. Let's just say, they came in handy! ;) They did all the set up and clean up at the venue. And during the reception, they packed all of our personal items and gifts into our car and hotel room. She was there exactly when I needed her to be there, and helped me get my entire wedding decorated the day before and the day of. My ceremony was supposed to be outside, but unfortunately it rained, so everything had to be moved inside. Amanda was there to make sure everything looked perfect, and that the whole wedding was completely set up, even though I decided just about an hour before the start time I wanted it to be moved inside. The timeline was on point and everything went very smoothly. She really cares about making it your perfect day and will be there for you whenever you need her! I would recommend Amanda to anyone!! Thank you for helping us so much, and running around in the rain all day to make my wedding perfect, oh and bringing us 9 breakfast burritos while we were getting ready : )

Besides supervising and doing most of the set up, getting the rentals ready for pick up before I even realized the truck had arrived, herding family, and making sure payment got to everyone Amanda was also super responsive in the months leading up to the wedding, contacted all the vendors in advance, held onto most of the decorations for a couple weeks before, and oversaw the donation of the lawn games we used to a daycare and a hospital. Overall the day of coordinating was great and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Amanda checked in with me throughout the morning to make sure everything was as I had wanted. And she did so much more than just day of coordinating. I still can't believe we got so much and such good help for as low a price as we got. I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a day of coordinator.

I decided to book with her for my wedding. We coordinated for about a year and things seemed to go smooth. She seemed to capture my vision. She is very well versed. However, things went down hill towards the end. the closer we got to my wedding , her response time was not the best. I found myself anxious and unsure when I asked for updates. My portal was never updated on the additions I made. Her attention to detail is not what she tries to sell. The day of the wedding came and my bouquet was NOT what I had sent her. It didn't even incorporate my wedding color. My bridesmaids bouquets looked wilted. The men's boutonnières had some ugly ribbon that I asked to be removed. I never decided on that look. Plus after requesting additional ones, they were not added so some of the bridal party did not have boutonnières. The coordination was horrible at the reception. I completely put my money and my wishes in her hands for my most special day only to have to be looking for her half the time. I had to call her at one point cuz she was no where in sight. Even after arriving early after pictures The grand entrance started late. She didn't have my bridal parties names after she had asked for all that info and was provided on her website. She had to write it down the day of for the MC. The late start was due to the band not being able to connect their sound but we had a dj also who was ready so I don't know why the delay even happened tbh. That pushed us back almost an hour. The food was served late. Her food tasting did not match the food the day of the wedding. Although cooked on site I had guests later tell me their food was cold, the beef had too much fat, the waiters were rude. My vendors kept asking me and other guests for food constantly because they were not served! Even after guests had eaten. All the important wedding events like bouquet / garter toss, cake cutting, dollar dance were super late I had little to no guests left I had to constantly tell her I wanted to do them already. Everything that I purchased separately i labeled where it went and what it was for to make it easier for her and placed in a container for her and her team to either do or put out and was explained beforehand. I was told it would get done but it didn't. My table decor was not what I asked for. I had asked for hurricane vase candles and they were not put. So I'm not sure why I paid what I paid for candles ? The ones she put out were from the dollar tree because I've seen them there. I had a backdrop I asked her to put up. It was left in the box and not put up. Then my box was taken. My memory wall was not decorated how I envisioned. The candles I bought were not placed with the pictures it was literally a naked wall w pics smh. My bouquet was given to her at the wedding, after handing it to her and telling her I wanted to preserve it still and her assuring me she would put it in water only to later find out she handed it to an assistant and She ended up taking it to her warehouse and I got it back 4 days after the wedding of course in horrible condition. It couldn't be salvaged anymore. My party favors were never placed on tables even after the sun had gone down. My cake was not cut and passed out. No one got cake!!! I didn't let it ruin my night but I wish I would have read some of the negative comments on here first because her coordination is terrible. Sure her decor is nice but also didn't meet my expectations and what was asked / told would be delivered. I had many guests later reach out to me with negative comments on the coordination part and that they had to actually go look for her as well to try and help out because they didn't want to bother me or my groom during the wedding event. Apparently other guests had requests or concerns and I didn't know until after the wedding. Super embarrassing to hear. Nice girl but shouldn't offer what she can't deliver. Maybe it was too much on her plate and she needs some extra assistance. I suggest she gets more help if she can't do it all. Not worth my money IMO.

I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. The rental process was easy: I filled out a form with my contact information, and everything was handled smoothly. They brought the chairs out right away, unloaded them from the dolly, and loaded both the chairs and canopy into our car with great care. They even took extra steps to protect the interior of the car from any damage. It seems like the business is run by a husband-and-wife team with a few helpers, and they are all extremely friendly and thoughtful. The best part was that they never pressured us about the return date or time, which made the whole rental experience stress-free. We truly enjoyed doing business with them and would absolutely rent from them again. Very thrilled to write review on the store.
