This station does not deserve 1 star! Their old car wash caused damage to vehicles, now they have a new car wash set up with new brushes and everything so I thought I would give it a try. It soaped my car up great--and that was it, the top brush didn't come forward to wash my hood and roof, then the air dryer came on, no rinse cycle. I had to drive my car around all soapy and get another wash free of charge. They tried to say it was my fault. Same thing second time. They would not give me a refund. I had to rush home and rinse my car off before it dried, thank goodness it was 7:00am. They also raised the price of the wash from $9.00 to $14.00! I will never set foot in their establishment again. read more

We stopped at this Chevron to buy drinks and it had a really weird vibe. It wasn't very clean and it had a Mexican restaurant inside without a formal set-up, kinda like just thrown into the middle of the gas station. High prices for soda and Powerade here. Large parking lot so easy to get in and out. They have a car wash. read more

Most of the pump screens are murky and difficult to read. They do not restock the towelsnor the windshield water with any frequency. The grounds are generally dirty, and the storefront needs a good washing. The store is disorganized and needs to be cleaned read more

Our time-honored Chevron credit cards were declined at this store yesterday while traveling through. Something that has never happened in 30 years. After paying cash inside and then calling Chevron to inquire about our gas cards, Chevron noted that our cards had been compromised. Ironically, the fraud attempt occurred at the same time we were trying to get the pump to accept our card. Fortunately, Chevron noticed the fraudulent attempt and declined payment of any kind. Just beware, it was clear to us that the gas pump we tried to use (#5) was compromised in some fashion. We will not visit this store again in the future. read more

I have been getting my cars washed here for about 3+ years now. I get the 6 or 7 dollar car wash which is quite a few dollars less than the nearby Sparkle car wash near 102. Since its automated, I dont have to tip either. A similar wash at Sparkles probably cost 5+ dollars more. This car wash almost always has no other customers or one other car in line at the very most. My cars always come out nice and clean as expected. I have two family/commuter cars so it doesn't bother me to have extra detailing/hand-dry etc., just whatever gets the job done at a good price and is fast so I don't have to waste time in line or waiting. I really don't buy gas here - I get my (cheaper) gas at the Costco which is a stone's throw away, so its real convenient and sometimes I feel like I somehow 'hacked' the whole car wash/cheap gas routine. I read a lot of other reviewers which say it has a weird vibe etc. It has a Mexican food stop inside (I have never tried but maybe someday) and the cashiers are either Hispanic or East Indian and they are straight-forward and I have never had any bad experiences. I could see how heavy accents may make it hard for some but get over it people. Take in the culture of this unique place. read more

I went to this Chevron station on Saturday morning 9-6-14 and filled up my tank with $45 of diesel. Upon filling I started to leave but remembered that I wanted to clean my windshield so I drove up to the gasoline area but could not find a squeegee. I returned to the only bay with a squeegee in the diesel area and proceeded to wet my windshield when a man and woman pulled up in a SUV. They told me to move my van as there was a truck wanting to use the diesel area. I said sure, just a minute let me finish washing my windshield. The man then told me again with anger in his voice that I must move and must move NOW! I resented being yelled at and advised that there were plenty of open isles in the diesel area upon which both the man and the woman in the car started yelling at me as loud as they could, calling me names and telling me again that I had to move or else. I called the man an asshole (he was an asshole) and said I'm going to finish washing my windshield. The man then got out of his SUV and came up to me, chest to chest, yelling at me. I told him to get back in his car. He backed off slightly and said he was the owner and was going to call the police and I said I was going to file a complaint. I finished using the squeegee on my van and left. Is this how owners treat customers at Chevron stations? I could not believe what happened. If they had let me continue I would have been done in less than 2 minutes but they had to yell and scream and call me names and them come over and try to physically intimidate me. These people need to attend anger management classes and Chevron should pull their franchise from these assholes ASAP! read more

Few places have handled issues as well as I've seen this place in a single day. First, while we where filling up there was an altercation between two other customers in the filling station. Without hesitation they called the authorities and got all the pertinent information of the person verbally assaulting the other customer while making sure they where okay and safe. Second, this incident rattled my significant other and they accidentally left something important in the restroom. After contacting them the manager/owner Paul said that the clerk/cashier had found it and put it in the office. He then helped make arrangements for us to make sure we got it back. That is customer service above and beyond. Thank you guys! read more

Wow!! We came Inside to get soda and snacks and the guy literally watched us like we were going to steal haha. I felt like we were in the menace to society movie "you touch it then you buy it"... He even had a sign that said you may not sip the soda unless you have already paid. Holy crap owner... No one sipped your soda... The least you could do is clean your toilets.... This gas station is crap! It smells like a locker room, my dorito chips were stale, I got a fountain drink that I could not drink until I payed for it (there was a sign posted to buy drink first before drinking) I drank it anyways but it tasted like cooking oil (probably from the Mexican "restaurant" inside the store that's never open). As I was paying an elderly woman was having trouble with her pump, she walked in and kindly let him know what was going on and she walked to her pump again (she was still having trouble at the pump) and the male cashier(probably the owners relative) was making rude remarks?? Asshole should have helped her! Needless to say, don't give these jerks your money because they don't care about their customers, all they care about is getting your money and getting you out the door, but hey, if you like stale food and crappy service then this is the spot!! read more

While filling up, I stopped inside for some thirst quenching h2o. Noticed a huge line of customers waiting to be rung up. Well no matter...went to the cooler and found an advertisement with Fiji water 1 liter bottles 2 for $3. Stood in line for 10 minutes. Cashier didn't even say one word to me. Scanned my waters and said $6 something. I explained to her there was an advertisement on the fridge door that stated otherwise. She gave me a look of disdain. Like I'm trying to cheat her. Her coworker with a name tag that said Trainee gave me the same look but with a smile. I asked for the manager or owner name and number so I could speak to them about the situation. She ignored the request and starting helping the next customer. I proceeded to take a picture of the advertisement, and patiently waited in line again. ( I know all this for a water). After several minutes I'm now greeted with eye rolling and she is visibly mad I'm back. I show her a picture of the ad and snap a picture of her wonderful reaction. read more

The Mexican food place is good. The people there are nice. DON'T USE THE ATM! 1st time it didn't dispense the cash yet it claimed that it had. The 2nd time, it dispensed the cash but later on that day, my card was declined while I was out with friends and my bank account was unavailable anywhere. According to my bank, someone had tried using my card to fund their $200+ shopping spree at Ross. Luckily, my bank shut down my account after a few failed pin entries. That said, if you need cash from your card, purchase something and ask for cash back. Also, someone complained about the sign that says to pay before consuming, that's for the patrons of that little Mexican little restaurant. Breakfast burritos are tasty. read more
