This station was tended by two very fun, friendly and playful teens. What a nice change of pace...I got tired of sourpuss gas station attendants! It's been so long since I last paid cash for gas so I walked inside and asked if change is given back if our tank was full before the dollar amount was reached! They kids in the food mart said, "no, we keep the remainder cash as our tip!" DUH!!! I felt so stupid! lol! :P

I filled up while heading inside to grab a drink/snack for the trip back down to the Valley. There were plenty of attendants- I didn't have to wait more than a minute in line, and everyone was efficiently friendly! Everyone was wearing a mask- required to enter. Props! But, it is a little overwhelming inside. It's a large store- complete with "shopping"! You'll find all your normal convenience store options. Full fountain drink station, hot dogs, nachos, etc... and, they have a pizza counter for slices or full pies. Even better- you can indulge in the small Cinnabon chain included, to boot! However- the prices here are STEEP!! Not just the gas prices (I mean, I did slightly expect that for the region), but 1 to-go Cinnabon was over $5! A two pack, over $10... you can probably guess what the 1/2 dozen would be. My jaw dropped when a full dozen was pushing $50+. Sorry, but diabetes in a box shouldn't cost more than splurging on the salad bar at Whole Foods! Great place to stop & you can really find everything you need on the go, plus some fresh, hot food (or deli selections). But, the prices are just a bit steep, and this is a very busy travel center when you're looking for a "rest" stop.

Only one gal cleaning and she was in the mens bathroom kept both bathrooms closed while she cleans one at a time......deep cleaning should have been done on off peak hours and think about closing one bathroom at a time.
