Quality/Quantity - Rest stop time, and we chose this Chevron. Good size location. Plenty of pumps, 5 double sided pumps; see picture. I like the dog park, see pictures. Clean and good size restrooms. Atmosphere - See above. Also a decent size "souvenir" section, see picture. Easy in and out of the freeway. Service - Self service. Price - Convenience prices, reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1906 as Standard Oil Company (CA). This is an okay stop between Phoenix and Vegas. The restrooms are fairly clean. The staff will talk about each other loudly in front of customers, always gossip of some sort, makes for an interesting view of the town. There wasn't a single employee with a mask, gloves, or protection at all. And no requirement to wear one even though it is a statewide requirement now. People wandering everywhere. Felt really germy as a result. I'll come back only after the covid numbers are down or gone. read more

I would have given this place less stars because there was a long wait at the pumps due to traffic, however it's one of only two places to get gas here now that the Trading Post across the street burned down earlier in the year. So to be fair, they are sporting a ton of pumps, trinkets and grub inside, bathrooms and a small dog run on the side of the building. They just can't keep up with all of the traffic running through town. Fortunately a new gas station is being built up the street, which will have a Fat Burger attached to it. This should help alleviate some of the wait at the pumps here. So yeah, it's a good place to stop but the price of gas is high here and at the other running station in town. read more

Gross. I stopped into the chevron for a fountain soda on my way through town. When I got to the car and took a sip, it was flat water that tasted like mold. I dumped it. It seems that the soda lines haven't been cleaned in recent memory, and that's a health hazard. I was already back on the road or I would have said something. read more

Short and sweet. Located in the tiny (I mean tiny) town of Wikieup, this is your ideal pit stop. 1. Clean restrooms with multiple stalls. 2. Various snacks and drinks to cater everyone. 3. Lots of touristy knick knacks (magnets, keychains, shirts etc.) 4. Aspirin, bandaids and other first aid kit items sold here as well. My few dislikes is that there were no toilet seat covers in the restroom, forcing me to improvise with multiple pieces of toilet paper. Plus get ready for price gouging at its finest since it's in the middle of nowhere. If your doing a road trip from Phoenix to Vegas and see a sign that says "No Service for the Next 37 Miles", then hopefully you planned accordingly because you know you're going to have to go to the bathroom. The town of Wikiup is small but you've got about 30 miles before you hit the interstate and make that final stretch to Vegas. This Chevron is a good spot as the bathrooms are clean the staff has always been nice and most importantly they have a wide variety of snacks for the road trip at reasonable prices. Not sure I would mess with the hotdogs on the rollers as a few of them look like they were rolling a bit too long for my likings, but everything else from bag chips, cookies, sweets, soft drink, power drinks, etc... are available with the ease. Also, a good point to clean the windows and get some gas as there's not much before or after a while on your road trip. Pit stop location where you won't be caught off guard looking at a ton of stuff like on the Interstate. read more

I walked in with my kids to get snacks and when I was getting ready to pay the lady working cashier smelled like alcohol. And was being rude my daughter grabbed a key chain with her dads name to show him he was in the restroom so she was waiting to show him while I was about to pay for the snacks cashier began to harass my daughter if she was going to buy that my daughter said no at the moment cause she was wait to show her dad and see if he wanted it to buy it and Cashier made my daughter give her the keychain and gave it to another employee to put it back where she got it. She was acting like my daughter was going to steal it. That is harassment no one should be treated like that. How can they allow employees to drink while working. She had Her tumbler behind the register sipping on it. She literally went out side like 4 times in the 15 mins we were there to smoke. They must not have a responsible manager on site for that to be happening. I will never stop by and get gas or snacks from there again. read more

Nice stop on the way to or from Kingman/Laughlin/Vegas. Plenty of food and drink options, nice clean bathrooms, and plenty of touristy novelties to peruse while taking a break from your long drive. We love doing birthday/Christmas shopping here because of the unique items they offer. Where else can you get flip-flops with authentic Wikieup grass on them? Some people on here are complaining about the gas prices, but that doesn't affect us at all. We always fill up in Kingman on our way back to the Valley. You are going to pay more for gas in a smaller place like Wikieup. We have been here day and night. The daytime visits are a bit busier and have multiple clerks to deal with the rush. The graveyard shift is usually run by one guy and his dog. Seriously. He has the nicest dog that lies down in a corner behind the counter and keeps to himself but is also very customer friendly. read more

I stopped and spent 76.81 on medium grade on Tuesday 7/26/22. We have stopped here on past trips. This time I was by myself and in a 2021 forester and as soon as I left I noticed the car driving funny. I pulled over to check the gas cap and it wouldn't start back up. I had to be towed to Prescott and found out my fuel pump was ruined by the awful gas I had put in my car at chevron. They saved some for me to see. It looks nothing like gas at all. I'm waiting to hear back from the manager. I called yesterday Friday 7/29. Still haven't heard from her. Will give her more time. Any advice from anyone please let me know. This is one of the nicer gas stations in the middle of no where. It's a go to when I travel to Vegas. They have loads of goodies of snacks, drinks, and random objects as well. There are picnic tables outside if you need a break. The best part of this gas station is that they have a "doggy corral". It's a fenced area where you can let your dogs roam around and they have complimentary dog poop bags as well as pooper scoopers. Nice touch. It can be hard traveling with a puppy. Taking a star off because it's about $0.60 a gallon more expensive than the other gas stations in the area. read more

My new pit stop in Wikieup. I've been going to the Shell for years but for buying gas on a daily basis I have been a loyal Chevron customer since 1972. This is a nice new place and has more stuff like you would now expect. The deal maker for me? I filled up my 16oz travel mug with coffee and when I went to pay for it, it was free using my own container! So next time I'll plan on being in need of a snack when I stop. read more
