$5.00 Car Wash
Robyn P.

Thank goodness for Wickenburg, Az! During the drive from Vegas back home, it's a LONG wait to get to a restroom from Kingman while traveling I-93 South. This is a very nice, small travel center with an Arby's, Dairy Queen, small convenience store and $5.00 car wash! What a bargain and worth it to clean our car off after driving all day through the desert. They even have cute picnic tables In the back. Very friendly employees too. Thank You Mobil Gas Station in Wickenburg

It was a decent gas station the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there's nothing really that unique about it other than the fact there's a DQ inside.

The hand dryers in the men's bathroom were non-operational but there was a sign from management in the restroom pleading their commitment to a clean and safe environment. Some good beef jerky and candy bar selection.

Beware of their car wash. Went in without a cracked windshield and came out with one. Keith claims its due to cold water and the hot windshield. Perhaps that's true but still a nuisance to have happen. I'd recommend washing your car elsewhere.

The place if filthy. Bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. Trash cans outside hadn't been emptied. And some of the gas pumps simply didn't work.

Ask the Community - Mobil

Is it a Arbys now instead of Dairy Queen?

The Dq is still there. They filled the vacant restaurant space on the left.

Well, we were pleasantly surprised to find it open on our most recent trip to visit my dad. We stopped in, used the restroom, grabbed some cold drinks, and some snacks. We had just filled up on gas in Kingman so we skipped topping off this time, but the pumps looked pretty standard for a Maverik. We will try them out on our next visit. We used the self-checkout and got some instant savings on our purchases. The clerk was super friendly as he checked on us and even offered us a bag for our purchases. As a regular visitor to the area and beyond, I am super happy to have a new place to stop. The town otherwise really only has a couple of old Shell stations along this stretch of the road. Maveriks are always a great place to stop for fuel, drinks, and snacks and their rewards program is top notch. Check it out if you're in the area.

Went inside to let the clerk know about it, little did I know he was not having a good morning. It was busy so that might explain his response to me when I was just letting him know about it. Instead of just saying thank you and recording the issue, he said he didn't know what I expected him to do about it as he didn't have time to deal with it. Front counter employee could be a little friendlier and focused on customer service. Bottom line I like Maverik so I will continue to shop there, Ill just avoid that employee.

When these Circle Ks purchased new signs they easily could have put an additional display to show the cash and credit price at the same time. No, they wanted to deceive. I am going to try not to buy anything at Circle K again. We have a far superior alternative in Maverick. In other areas there are Quick Trips, Speedways, Arcos and others. Good bye Circle K

I left my ID in the car but we went inside with my parents and we grabbed a bit more than chewing gum. One item my mother grabbed was a canned alcoholic beverage she wanted to try when we got to CA. When we went to check out, I stood with both my parents. The cashier refused to sell us the one alcoholic drink since I did not have my ID on me but I was with my parents. I have gone to many grocery stores, liquor stores, and convenience stores in my life with my parents and they have bought alcohol and I've never been asked to show my ID. There is no laws in AZ that states that you have to check the ID of everyone in the party, as long as there is one person who is 21+. Also in AZ, people under 21 can accompany someone 21+ into a bar but apparently can't buy ONE alcoholic drink at a gas station convenience store. I did not appreciate the rudeness of the cashier (who was an older lady). What if I was a minor and accompanied my parents since they would not want to leave me outside? Would they not sell it to them because I needed to be 21? Does not make any sense. Do better. Will NEVER stop at this location ever again and do not recommend anybody to come here unless you want to be unlawfully hassled for no reason.
