I've only come to this BP when there's been a gas shortage (on premium fuel)…read more This BP is located at the intersection of Delk Rd and Franklin Gateway, just off I-75 exit 261 (SR 280 west (Delk Road) - Lockheed, Dobbins AFB). I drive past this BP five days a week on my commute into work. It's never busy and has been that way for years. The gas station has 8 pumps, a tiny convenience store, vacuum and air machines that cost money (QuikTrips have free air), and a defunct car wash. When I last filled up here, I paid $2.999 per gallon of premium fuel. QT was only charging $2.609 per gallon just before they ran out, so BP was charging 15% more. At least they had premium. The station was clean and the pumps were in good working condition. For gas in this area, I prefer the QT on Franklin Gateway (https://www.yelp.com/biz/quiktrip-marietta-14) and the RaceTrac on Delk Rd (https://www.yelp.com/biz/racetrac-marietta-2). Both have more pumps, cheaper gas, and much bigger stores. In a pinch though, this BP is fine.

This BP is actually quite dirty most of the time. Good convenient stop for gas though.read more

The entire crew working all 3 bays were outgoing and working diligently to get us through and on our way yet personable and knowledgeable. Finally the manager Jacob came over to see how my experience went and let me know they appreciated my business! What a breath of fresh air to have a large group in such close quarters working so professionally to make the customer experience top of the line! I will be back! I love that they saved my husband from having to spend precious home time doing maintenance on car items! And at a reasonable price. Thank you Hiram Take-5!

After seeing my friend and fellow Elite, Jeneen, and her great review on their Yelp page, I figured I was in good hands. I called in advance wondering if I needed an appointment, if I would be there for hours or what. I spoke to the kindest gentleman, Jon, who calmed my anxiety and answered all of my questions with total patience. He even told me it would take less than 3 minutes! (He told me the exact timed total but I forget lol) When I arrived, I was the only person who was in line for emissions and drove right up on. Another young man welcomed me along with Jon, and they informed me that the systems were down. I thought this meant that I couldn't do the test at all, but they assured me that I could, but there may be a delay in it being auto submitted to the tag office. All good for me! It's so good to know that in advance. Jon did his thing, all the steps needed to do this test and I swear, less than 3min later (I feel like it was even quicker than he quoted me) he was done!! What an amazing experience. At Wash Barn, emissions tests begin at $18 but for $2 more, you can get a car wash with the works. Sounded great to me so I quickly took that deal. Between the emissions test, chatting it up with Jon and the car wash, I was in and out in about ten minutes. Superior experience, customer service and value all in one.
