I stopped in after work (late afternoon) a few days back to get my car cleaned up and detailed before I traded it in. The detailing manager, Mr Haskins, apologized and said they were swamped and asked if I could come back the next day. Being a teacher and not allowed to leave during h day, I explained my situation. Mr Haskins sent somebody the next day to pick up my vehicle and then came to pick me up after work. The young lady who picked me up (I wish I could remember her name!) was also extremely friendly and we had a good conversation on the way back. The detail job was above and beyond my expectations and they even managed to buff out some scrapes on the vehicle, which really helped bring up my trade in value. I will definitely be bringing my new vehicle to this crew as soon as it's ready for some cleaning and detailing! HIGHLY recommended! Thanks yall!!

The person at the desk asked what I was doing there. I said that I was waiting for truck to be vacuumed; but she replied that "This is a self-service operation, you have to vacuum it yourself. Well, why didn't they tell me that instead of saying it would be vacuumed? I have 2 power washers and a commercial vacuum at my home, several miles away. Had I wanted to wash my truck myself, I would have stayed home. I call deceptive practices. There are several much better places on this same street. Just don't go here.
