I ate 1 the day I bought them then went to San francisco, where I live leaving the other one in my mother's freezer until I returned today. When I opened it after dinner (see pictures) and saw one of the cookies wasn't even baked, Just flattened out dough. I thought it felt a little thin when I bought it, but didn't care. I've had them partially melted before. No big deal, I decided to bring it back. Shouldn't be a problem right. Well, first thing this ice hole does is blame me for not having kept it in freezer for two days. Really!?!? Tho farg'n ejit can't acknowledge the fact that one of the cookies ISN'T F'N COOKED. Long story short, this product of family members being a little too close with each other refused to return my money or exchange it for an edible product. All of this was said under some incredibly racist under his breath comments. I feel sorry for the people who frequent this pathetic excuse for convenience. It's fart from that. It's only a couple of dollars but I guarantee, when I'm done reporting this service they'll wish they gave me an exchange. BBB next, followed by the Press Democrat, followed by the health department, etc,etc,etc. You get the picture. Do yourselves a favor, go to Loop down on 4th. Much cleaner.

I ordered a ham, bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato, onion, honey, mustard, mayo, pickles, and cucumber sandwich on a Dutch crunch. Let me tell you the sandwich is what a deli sandwich would be like. The cashier was super friendly and kept joking about some random things. It was busy around lunchtime, but nevertheless that's a good sign.
