Unfortunately, the low prices are overshadowed by what I experienced as consistently poor customer service. Every interaction I've had has felt dismissive, unfriendly, and indifferent. I left with the impression that customers are viewed as inconveniences rather than valued patrons. Low prices may bring people through the door, but courtesy, professionalism, and respect are what earn repeat business. Based on my experiences, this business falls well short of that standard. I hope management recognizes that treating customers with basic civility is just as important as offering competitive prices.
