I recently went with a group of friends to this chevron. The "security" guard who was on post accused one of us of stealing when she was not in the store. When the accused walked out she proceeded to say "you want to pay for what you took". The person being accused then told her to search and even shook pockets to insure that nothing was stolen. Her response "you're not worth it". She then called the police because she was "scared" and needed backup. Then telling us that she was armed and not scared. She then continued to take photo/videos of us and vehicles. This lady was rude and was being disrespectful. She was not out doing her job or keeping up to her oath of protection and service. She used being armed/ having a gun on her waist to have power over us. None of us stole and would never hurt anybody like she was accusing us of. This is unlawful on her and the company's part. She was not trained right to use her gun as a threat, especially with nothing to back it up and no threat or harm being done to her. Poor gentleman than was inside under her security, if she's scared I could only imagine how he felt under her protection. More will be done to insure that this does not happen again. read more

Hit and miss for good service. There's an attendant with big eye lashes and big nails that may give you the wrong change. Today there wasn't a second attendant to assist. SLOWEST. GAS PUMPS. EVER. And the pumps don't take cards, so everyone has to go inside. The only good thing about this gas station is that it's the cheapest one (that isn't Arco and the like, anyway) around. I had pre-paid $50, and sat in my car for literally 10 minutes to wait for the gas to finish pumping. About $10 in, I started thinking that maybe I should have gone to the Shell station across the street instead... And there's so little space here. So you have a plethora of choices in your preferred food for your car. Atmosphere: This place is PACKED. It's also super busy, even during the weekdays in the evenings. Because of its unique location in this busy intersection of Figueroa and Avenue 26, it's difficult to even try to get a gas pump here. You will find yourself lining up behind a row of cars trying to get gas. If you even manage to get yourself a spot at a gas pump, the screen may be busted and will not display any information, which will force you to go inside and ask the attendant for assistance. I would not bother. Monetary value: It's Chevron. Why would you spend your money on their expensive gas? I have no idea. It's not worth it. My recommendation? Spend your hard earned cash at another top tier premium gas brand: Shell. There's a few locations far from this area, but it's worth it. Fuel: Quality is okay. But it's not worth it. I've literally never had a bad experience at a gas station ever in life until tonight. 10:30pm I was filling up my car $30of gas, I approached another customer whom was also filling her car up, I had a question about her car. Not even 5minutes and the security guard approaches us to tell us that other cars are coming and we have to leave, mind you there were still other pumps available. NEVER coming here again!!! location to scam the so-called manager Yanni is rude you ask for a car wash once you go to the pump you start pumping then you realize that the gas price is still the same if it was without the car wash you go back and let her know that you asked you to purchase a car washed she then demands and gives you attitude and says no you didn't ask you to cancel the transaction and process it all over again and she's like I can't like it's so easy to cancel it ask for a manager she then states that she's the manager rude has attitude for someone that's a manager should not be talking back to clients and should always see that the client is always right no matter what the only reason why I'm giving this a one-star it's because of the guys at the carwash they're always nice ready and greeting you with a smile for upper management I hope you realize that customer service is key and you train someone else to become a manager because Ronnie has poor management read more

I really like this place. All the time that I need to fill my gas tank I make sure to go there because their gas prices are really cheap! I have found that other Chevron gas stations for some reason sell their gas at high prices, but not this one. Even if I'm somewhere far, I try just to get enough gas so that I can make it to this specific station because its worth it and the cashier lady is always nice and polite :) read more
