Worst customer service this lady refuses to accept my bill then proceeded to tell me there are other gas stations around the area and you know what she's absolutely right with gas prices being the way they are I went to a shell on broadway about 2 mins away so much cleaner and a much friendlier environment and they accepted my cash with no issues no problem I'm surprised that racist people are still around in 2025 I am a regular customer here because I live close by it but I guess I'm not welcome I tried to ask them for there name but they refuse good luck keeping a business running if that's how you treat your customers there is countless reviews of these two rude old lady's here on yelp alone is no one going to do anything about them? Just to be clear I love the other Chevrons stations I regularly go to near my house the employees are amazing and super sweet NOW let's go to this place it's by my work so it's my ughhh I need to stop and get gas situation I hate going there w my whole heart. Not sure who hired the two ladies whom for some reason only speak Spanish to you and act like they do not understand English and are the most rudest to customers they seem not to like.. now I know the restroom is in order because the sign has been up for a year so when I asked if I could use the restroom they got upset and said I guess when I asked if there was a key they just pointed right there which I saw no key and asked and one came out all upset and said there lady which the key was behind a box of candy and I said well you are pointing a finger and I see no key at this point I said just forget it your rude and I left. Now please for this place to be as dirty and smelly as it is inside how is it that they can hire the rudest people and they seem to not care how there environment around them looks . And fyi nothing works in there as example the supposedly fresh coffee that is suppose to be brewing it literally is a mess I will never go back there if my life depended on it. The ladies are extremely rude !!! I tried using the restroom mind you, i am pregnant and no other place was close enough and i had pumped gas and also got something so i was a paying customer as the door said " customers only " for the restroom. They denied me using the restroom until customers behind me told them something about not letting me go and as i walk out to my car the lady decided to walk out behind me and say " this is why we don't let anyone use our restroom, you could have went somewhere else hoe " just because I didn't hand them the key I left it where it was placed in the first place. The ladies are EXTREMELY rude for no reason. We fill up our company car here constantly and the one time I just want to put air in a tire one lady rudely asks if I've already put gas. I get cash for the tire and she doesn't even give me the correct change until I call her out. Then wants to talk under her breath to the other lady as if I can't hear them. REALLY worth coming here to get gas if you live near this part of town or even if you're passing through this part of town because the prices are great! Anytime I'm over on this side of town, I get my gas here since a lot of gas stations downtown have their prices SUPER inflated! Plus, it gets better because they charge the same for cash and card. No processing fees either! There is also a pretty decent drink selection here to that includes beers. They also do a pretty good job of keeping it clean in here to. One time I had to use the bathroom really quick and wasn't grossed out upon entering it. Zero complaints here. Be on the lookout for this Chevron when you can! read more

This place judges people by their appearance. I've asked to use the restroom when I'm in work uniform clothes and 3x they let me. I came twice with regular clothes and they said bathroom doesn't work. Then they say someone took a big dump and it smells. The owner really judges people. Just filling up the whip wit the homie. Doing some late night uber eats. While alot of diners can allow you to use the restroom, some gas stations will not accommodate just that one amenity. Either they have a bathroom for just employees or none at all. Sucks even more when the bathroom is inside and its locked after a certain time. read more

I would give them one star for today's service, but I have been to them often and not had a problem before (except for loiterers). Today I went in, bought $20 of gas and some water. I was exhausted and someone asking for change right next to me at the pump distracted me and I left without actually pumping the gas (I know, I know, very stressful day). I called them 1 hour later and told them what happened, asking what their procedure was when this happens. On the phone they sounded like they had never heard of this happening, and then said someone else pumped my gas (this is a pre-pay station). The employee put me on the phone with the manager (good on him), and she also said she remembered me and yes, someone came and pumped my gas. I know there is nothing I can do in this situation, as they are fine losing a customer for $20, and there is nothing on my side to prove otherwise. And I know they can tally up their sales and gallons pumped and find the difference, but, of course, they can't be bothered to, as why do that for a small customer. But I would not recommend this gas station to anyone. I have used them for years and always point others in their direction. I will no longer support them. Its just gross behavior. read more

Just went to the new Chevron on Olive & Calloway... with the Sully's market. They sell really good home- made salsa and also pita and hummus! There are a lot of local options to buy food in here, so you won't have to make an extra trip to the grocery store if your looking for an appetizer for a football party. The People inside the store keep the place clean and are friendly too! read more

Not bad as far as gas statins go. I would definitely some back if I was in the area. The prices are around the same rate as all the other stations. The pumps were clean and seemed well kept. Decent drink selection. I would have liked more food options but I got out of there with enough of what I needed. read more

Chevron on mission and marengo is truly the worst gas station I have gone to and it's the customer service that is horrible Sadly there are times I have to go there and dread it the older man Mario is the employee whom is the worst of all 2nd is the older Hispanic woman I think is manager not sure and one more man who works p.m or early morning shift Mario is so rude and unprofessional he use to flirt with me and I put that to a stop then he accused me of showering in the bathroom he didn't tell me he told the woman I was so idk the word for it lets just say outdone angry couldn't believe it then he stopped with his ridiculous behavior for a short period b4 acting rude again for no reason today he did it again I turned in my scratcher and asked for cigs and scratchers he put cigs and change in slot and called on next customer I said excuse me u didn't get my scratchers he gave me an attitude I told him which scratchers I wanted he threw them in slot as I was walking out I stopped to look at his name tag he turned so I could see it as he smiled and said I'll be here everyone I've spoke with or know pretty much say the same thing his rudeness they should all be watched on camera by higher ups to see how their employees work read more

Was not happy with the service. Requested to pump $50, but got only $34 of what I thought I had. Paid. Cashier was not helpful and was not willing to help. Only said the receipt already printed and that's all you get. Hmm thAt is not customer service not good at all. Just glad the amount of $34 was only deducted from my card.
