However the last two times I wasn't offered an air freshener. I asked the first time, but this time the cashier reminded me to remove my cars bunny costume and I was distracted. Now my car smells like stale farts, and faded dreams. They used to scrub the wheel walls like they meant it, no more. A quick swipe and they sent me on through. The guy forgot to push some button and my car was herky jerkin like a teenager in the 50s to Little Richards. I don't enjoy that. There are car washes and hand wash fund raisers every other block. Next time I'll try them.

He was very courteous and nice. Prior to entering the wash, they will scrub your vehicle well. When you exit, you self dry and vacuum your car. The convenient store was clean and well stocked. I know they have an oil change center but I did not use their services. One stop shop to take care of your vehicle needs. Chevron with techron!

Let me start by saying that I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt because I know…read morethat bad days happen, and sometimes life can become overwhelming. That should never take away from the opportunity to treat customers with kindness and leave them with a positive experience. With that said, I have been coming to this particular location more frequently since my business moved into the area. During that time, I have consistently had unsettling interactions with one of your service representatives, Judy. My first experience occurred while I was paying at the register. As I attempted to hand her my cash, she instructed me to place it on the counter instead. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people don't take the time to hand things to one another and instead simply toss or slide them across the counter. To me, it's a matter of common courtesy, though I understand others may feel differently. Initially, I assumed there was a reasonable explanation. With the increase in illnesses and concerns about germs, I thought perhaps that was why she asked me to place the money on the counter. I would have completely understood that if it had been communicated politely. Instead, her demeanor came across as someone who simply wanted to move the line along and had very little interest in interacting with customers. I chose not to say anything and chalked it up to her possibly having a bad day. Today, I returned to make another purchase. Remembering our previous interaction, I placed my $20 bill on the counter rather than trying to hand it to her. She never made eye contact with me and appeared to mumble something under her breath while taking my money. Once again, I assumed she might just be having a bad day and didn't say anything. She scanned my items, completed the transaction, and pushed my purchases back toward me. She counted my change back to me, and once that part of the transaction was complete, I simply asked if I could have a bag. Her response was immediate and condescending: "I was going to do that!" She said it with an irritated tone and a blank stare, as though I had somehow inconvenienced her by asking a perfectly reasonable question. I didn't respond. I simply looked back at her, hoping she would realize that I had done nothing to warrant that kind of reaction. My question wasn't intended to rush her or criticize her--I was simply asking for a bag. As I walked away, she halfheartedly wished me a good day. My response was, "Have a better day, Judy." I truly understand that everyone has difficult days and that personal issues can sometimes spill over into the workplace. However, when negative interactions become a pattern rather than an isolated incident, customers begin to associate that experience with the business itself. That's unfortunate because it discourages people from wanting to return. To be clear, I don't wish anything negative on Judy or anyone else who may simply be having a rough day. My intention isn't to get anyone in trouble. I simply believe this is something management should be aware of. Employees like Judy are the face of your business, and the way they treat customers has a direct impact on whether those customers choose to come back. I value good customer service and understand that nobody is expected to be perfect every day. However, I also don't believe customers should be made to feel like they're an inconvenience for simply making a purchase or asking a polite question. Unfortunately, after multiple interactions like these, it's difficult to justify continuing to support a business where I'm consistently met with that kind of demeanor.

I have to pay insudevto get the while 35gals so that the pump never stops til 35 gallons are pumped. That was learned by trial, error, & managers help in troubleshooting. The store is clean, the longest I've waited is maybe behind 10 people, most of them getting sodas, and snax. There r 8 pumps, mostly 1/2 occupied at the most. Since I want moi miles ^ points it's 7cents more for credit card. Or, u can avoid that by using ur debit card. Yesterday, on the last day of 2021, I forgot that I stil had $1.00 off a 35 gal fill thru Smith's fuel rewards.... I gathered the troops & we swooped in to grab our $2.86 per gal instead of $3.86 bounty. It was blustery & cold at 46 degrees. I wished that I had preplanned to get gas. The wind blew gas on moi shoes sox, & pants as I was filling one of many red gas containers. Don't wear your party regalia when pumping gas.... But.this. was. an. excellent smoking. deal [Costco $3.45 vs $2.86here]. If you don't use your grocery cents off, it's gone at the end of the month. Doh -that's $35 of savings. And we usually get gas three times a month. What could one do with $105???
