The prices here are really that bad either and the pumps all work fine. I like that the pumps are newer and take the credit cards all just fine, no multiple swipes jus tto get the card to take, like some of those super cheap no name gas stations where you think you might get your card data stolen or something. The inside is where this place stands apart. You need road food, this place has it and even has hot food options like bugers and stuff. We pulled in before we started our field work day and will probably be back to refill this gas guzzler. All my crew went in and got food for the day and even though I still take them to lunch, they got a bunch of food at least to last them till lunch! I guess it is, or we believe that it is, because the Costco gas line is more popular than the cool kids' table in high school. I find myself jumping in line with the rest of 'em, too...if I'm in the area. This location seems to be even more happening than others-probably because it's right in the center of everything, not because the gas is any better than other Costcos. It's a littel tricky to navigate being at the back of the parking lot, not easily accessible from the road. But that doesn't deter folks...they gotta save those dollars!

Yes, newer eng's "detune"/lower Compression themselves automatically, so 85 works fine -- BUT: Comes at performance cost of less MPG due to less HP w/ lower Octane. Less HP Less MPG = MORE gasoline/MPH. Even though factory-Recommended MIDgrade "up" here costs more, eng. gets better MPG, so basically a "wash" $$-wise. It was a Hot Day about 4pm I needed gas for my car but I needed a Large Coke much more. I lamented to the lovely ladies working there. They promptly told me that I could get it there I just had to get the cup from them. What ! I could make my own drink in the days of Covid 19? I couldn't grab the cup fast enough and ran to the Coke Machine got pebble ice all the way to the top and I was so excited I almost left without paying. They politely reminded me but so nice about it. The bonus is the place is spotless. It looked like it was their first day in business. Everything seemed new and shiny. I'm attracted to shiny things! It's my new go to location even though it's out of my way. They knew my name by the second time I went in and they seemed to know most of their customers. It's like the "Cheers" of gas stations. So go there and get your own drink and by your second trip they too will know your name.

They are friendly and seem to like that you are there. It's hard to find at other convenience stores. They know my name made sure I got their card so I could start saving immediately and they let you make your own drinks. I'm kind of fussy about that. It's always clean and well stocked. I will drive out of my way to go here. That's big when there are several options but I'm sticking by them.

I parked my car on the gravel behind "Slim Olson's", where other cars were parked. There was no sign of me breaking the law. Afterall, obviously "St George Express" and "Slim Olson's" have an agreement or understanding that cars will be parked here with it being a designated meeting point for riders. My car is a nice car and obviously wasn't a breakdown. It had been parked there out of the way on Saturday Oct 27 at 12:20pm and I returned to pick it up Monday Oct 29 7pm and to my surprise it was gone.

After waiting up at the tank for about five minutes I pushed the call attendant button, I was told that they had already sent someone up, waited another five minutes for the attendant to come up and fill my tank. After he'd filled it I followed him back down to the store to pay. The attendant there barked my total at me and after I'd paid thew my recipt across the counter to me..
