I asked for a receipt for proof that the transaction was canceled - because I'm aware that THAT would just about instantly get the authorization hold off my debit card. The manager on staff - Tristin - got an attitude with me about it. And said he couldn't give me a receipt for what isn't there. I am fully aware of how gas station authorizations work with debit cards. Maybe y'all should update your training so Tristin and your staff understand the same. I've never met a happier group of workers. They say hello when you come in, and are willing to answer your questions when you don't know how to use the coffee machine. They also seem to keep their roller items attended to (hot dogs, taquitos, etc). I've never gone in there and seen some nasty day old hot dog that looks like a slim Jim.
