Pretty convenient location to fill up and grab a bite to eat if you're running late. The sandwiches are actually not that bad!

Gas station near the PNE area. Interesting enough, this one seems to have pretty good pricing once…read morein a while. The gas station is split into 2 sections, which is great for spreading out the lineup when there are hordes. Can't comment on the store as I didn't go inside. Their product works great.

I stopped in here to finally sample the deviously illegal in the USA treat I had long heard…read moreabout... THE KINDER EGG. This terrifying threat to U.S. national security was quite terrifying looking as I delicately attempted to diffuse its dangerous outer casing to attempt to get a look at the dangerous explosive core of the device. On one of my sample eggs I gently removed the delicious chocolate casing with my teeth tools and swallowed the chocolate rapidly to ensure no children could be harmed across the border. Next I was left with the dangerous plastic core filled with dangerous toy part shrapnel that I had to delicately pry open which with my finger tools proved challenging so I had to add teeth biting tools into the mix and the plastic shell quickly popped open. Inside the nefarious plastic core I removed the plastic shrapnel parts and assembled them into the crappy little toy they made. I repeated this process several times with my other Kinder Egg samples to evaluate the risk and overall my evaluation was that the toys inside are crap but banning these dumb Kinder Eggs is also dumb. The crappy toys got tossed in the trash in possible violation of some Canadian recycling laws as I'm not sure if I threw them in the right place but I needed to ensure I wouldn't violate the U.S. laws of dumb Kinder Egg ban either. Hopefully this will not result in an overwhelming international incident as my professional evaluation and testing of the Kinder Egg threat was thorough and the chocolate was fully consumed to avoid any danger of choking by any Darwin awards recipients.

Gas station out by the PNE area…read more The pumps are only 1 per aisle, which is always great for not having to wait for people. This location doesn't have free air which sucks. There's a 7-Eleven attached for those who are hungry, though there's also a McDonald's a block away. Oh yeah, this place also sells the office tank style Tim Hortons coffee.

If I ever bothered to 'check in' here, I would be the almighty god of this convenience store (and…read moregas station, but I don't drive so whatever). It is pricey, but they have almost all the emergency necessities I've ever needed. Milk, eggs, peanut butter, bread, juice, kraft dinner, munchies, tampons.. you got it! And as of recently they started carrying CHEESE. It's all fairly overpriced but since it is so close to my house I just ignore that. There is usually a good deal on one of their energy drink varieties and the vitamin waters.. and they have pizza pretzels. Aw yeah! Oh, and they have one of those miniature Tim Horton's inside. The kind that makes bagels, donuts, and sandwiches but you're S.O.L if you want soup. Bonus items to note: a large variety of pizza pop flavours, perogies, a decent ice cream selection, all of the different milk percentages (but no soy?) and tons of kitchen cupboard essentials like pancake mix. They need to be open 24 hours or something. They're the only convenience store near my house and everyone must cater to me at all times.

If I could can zero stars I would…read more Unfortunately, I needed gas, after picking up my car after replacing my window on a car that I'm not use, the car is very large my other car is tiny. I went into the store because Iwas very thirsty, plus I have an awful flu, coupled with Transverse Myelitis I was extremely weak. I was very friendly to staff as I'm always, I most likely thanked him three times. I told him I will get a receipt from the pump, which I need for my permanent disability gas tax credit. I noticed I needed the entire house to reach gas tank, which reached just enough where I filled my car to the top very quickly, not a drop of gas was spilt. When I drove away, I forgot to get receipt from gas pump, due to the dire condition I was in. I returned immediately so the receipt would be easier to retrieve. The employee was sweeping the floor, seemed smug about it, then followed up telling me I can damage the hose, immediately I apologized, & told him im very sorry, will never do it again, also informed him the car is very large, I'm not use to filling up the car, which I got back on the road 5 weeks ago. For some reason he didn't accept my apology, & repeated his manta, again I said I'm sorry, still the employee wasn't satisfied, with my JBL potable stereo in my car, my cell.phone, keys in the ingintion, I told I'm I'm sorry over, & over, begging my my receipt, the employee finally came over still spewing his manta, due to the physical, & mental position I was in, I felt he was going to dangle my receipt infront of him, as a result grabbed the receipt out of his hands, because I desperately needed my recipient, which the employee took it to a higher level. I said come on, there are sketchy individuals lurking outside of his business, doing drugs openly, making customers feel unsafe, especially disabled people like myself who are extremely vulnerable, & females/children, for some reason he continued to harass me, hurting my dignity, pride, humiliation. In 50 years of filing up gas, I have had a problem at a gas station, I clean bathroom aftet I use it, return squegies, & very polite to customers, & staff. I felt there was no need to tell him about my permanent disability,.& being very sick. Further more I'm puzzled why he didn't simply shut off the gas pump, which had happened when cell phones 1st came out, I was polity warned,.& I never did it again I'm writing this post incase the employee calls police, & get the CBC involved to turn this into.a racial case,.about me discriminated against a new arrival, I'm now in fear the police will knock on my door to arrest me for a hate crime to throw me in jail over the weekend, without giving me access to my medication. I called Chevron about this matter unfortunately they are closed, I'm also thinking of filling a human rights complaint about this unfortunate matter, I will never go to a chevron again as a result of the dignity, harm, humiliation, anxiety, stress that is overwhelming me. I did my very best to deescalate the employee, the employee wanted zero deescalate, if I did leave immediately we would have continued to verbally attack me, where I was terrified he was going to physically attack me.

Closest gas station on way to Ironworkers bridge, though still a 2-3 kilometres away. Good-sized convenience store, only open til 11pm.
