They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

They are always very professional. If you want to try them out, call them for an appointment first. It is best to drop off your car and let them call you when it is ready. Because of covid, they attempt to be safe, and the customer lounge is not always available. In a day and age that everything cost more, and you still get less. Etheridge still does an outstanding job.

If someone says they want the Hot & Wax and it's Monday, that should prompt you to charge $10. Next, was the car wash. It's the one where your car goes through it, but at the end, they hand dry it. I went through the car wash and the guy hand dried it. Well, there were still soap suds on my car and my car was still dirty. Like, I could have gotten a hose and sprayed it with water for the same outcome I got after taking it to this car wash. I'm kicking myself because I had a guy come to my home and he did an AWESOME job cleaning/detailing the interior of my car. He offered to hand wash my car, but I declined. I should have let him!
