Was pretty disappointed when I pulled up and saw it was not one of the new ground up construction builds, but an existing gas station that had been re-branded. It had some 7-11 snacks but it wasn't really the same. I looked at the fresh pastry cabinet and the fresh food in the warming case, none of it was even slightly appealing. Pretty disappointing.

This 7-eleven is also an Exxon gas station. As an ExxonMobil retiree, this station is an…read moreembarrassment to me. The printers at the pumps never work (they probably just never put paper in them). I don't know whether this is to get people to come inside and buy things or the proprietor is just lazy and doesn't care about customer service. Either way, I don't recommend this station.

The sales person that waited on me referred me to the manager (lisa), who immediately developed an attitude, first statement, she did not know if I purchased the product from there. The sales person acknowledged I did. Then lisa said there was a no refund policy, and I had to take another candy bar. I explained to her I did not want another candy bar, and the others may be bad as well. she proceeded to get another candy bar, she was very rude, and she handed me the candy bar in a very rude manner. I again stated I did not want candy bar, and if it was bad also, then I would have to come back. she told me if I wanted a refund, then I would have to contact the Manufacturer. While I just started working in this area, it will be hard for me to purchase anything from that business again. I asked for her name, and the number of the store, bless her heart, she gave me her name, and the phone number to the store.

Totalling $5 a piece. Making it $40 for all 4. I could have sworn the lady placed them in my bag. Which I only had one bag. They're no where to be found. Looks like I'm out $20 or I can get them once they go through and run the camera system to see that I didn't receive them. She was sweet, and did her job well. But besides the fact that I didnt reveive my lottery scratch offs. I will Change my review once they look up my purchase and see what actually happened. And donright by me of I didnt receive themm. You can come down south of Houston for some of the best prices in the region, but AE isn't always one of the lowest of the low. Somewhere in the middle. Friendly counter service and no problem with the pumps. I don't have problems with my pumps either.

I was not very meticulous at preparing my car. No problem! They moved and cleaned the area, then replaced my items! I've never had my car detailed for such a reasonable price! I'll definitely be a regular! I would just try to add hand washing to the description of your business so that it comes up on a google search for that. Right now it doesn't.
