So, we called for an estimate, they came right over and were able to then schedule the job in about 2 weeks. They did a good job cutting the limbs we'd agreed on and showed up ontime. The machinery was an interesting thing to watch. One thing I wasn't keen on was we were told they would clean up the debris from the roof, which they did but much of the needles and such got pushed off onto the backyard. Luckily we hadn't gotten back there with the mulcher yet but this is going to add to our seasonal cleanup. Also, we had just added some sod in front and were trying to grow the rest of the front yard so all the spots fill in, there is a few gouges in the grass now and was flattened. Hopefully those areas come back. All in all a good experience.

He came over immediately since they were breaking for lunch and looked over the problem area. We discussed his recommendations, he gave me a quote and then scheduled to do the job tomorrow. They ended up being able to take care of it today and I'm so happy with the results! I feel their price was very reasonable. They take pride in their work, listen to your concerns and they care about the trees themselves and clean up after the job. I highly recommend them!
