Update... Just had the flashing replaced by another company…read moreand here's what they found. BTM stated the flashing looked good...I guess he missed the couple holes in it. Guess where they were? RIGHT where the leak was coming in the house? Not sure what caused them but he missed them as they were probably the cause of the leak in the first place. Let's top that off with this little gem...they forgot to take the backing off the ice/water sheeting they put down on the cricket behind the chimney. William said he laughed when he saw that...apparently that's the norm for this company. Mission accomplished and water problem solved but a waste of $1,356 and a lot of attitude from the owner of BTM.

Could not communicate with them during the work. 2. I have a steep pitch roof. Workers supported their weight in our rain gutters at times damaging (bowing) them. CR refused to repair. 3. Cleanup was bad. Found many original fasteners scattered about our deck and driveway after they were done and gone. 4. Contract included replacing our bathroom vent in kind. First try they put the original back on. Second try replaced with a generic covering not anything like the original. Third try they got it right.

When they put the banner board on instead of removing the drillings they just laid it on top of the dirt. which put the front doors two feet of the driveway. There answer to me was just bring in Shail. They could do this for an extra fee of course. But the real kick in the nuts was when they put the post in the ground, they never put anything under them for footing. Mister fisher insisted they put concrete in the holes, but none was onsite to do so. I was here to receive the materials at that time and the apparent skid of concrete that was ordered never existed. but regardless the footings where to be 36" round by 8"thick disc of concrete not just a bag of ready mix. as for the warranty it holds no water. I was told mister fisher by Levi himself that he been building buildings for thirty years and he was not interested in reinventing the wheel to do so. long story short now I'm stuck paying for a monstrosity with no satisfaction over the last for years.
