The worst Santa experience ever. We pre-purchased the top photo package, my 4 small children started to walk to Santa but she stopped them because my husband was filming. We have filmed every year. The "ELF" said, she fired everyone else because they let people film. I said, "Do you film? I'll pay for it." She said no and if we did, it is theft of service and she'd call the police. My children started to cry because she made it sound like we would be arrested. She told my husband he couldn't come on the carpet with his camera so we went to Santa and my husband filmed from off the carpet and she screamed at him the whole time and stood in front of his camera. Our pictures were terrible, dark and not centered. They didn't print the one we wanted and she basically said, too bad, take it or leave it. The mall was shocked by the footage and how we were treated and said that isn't what they agreed to with Cherry Hill and of course people would want a video with their children seeing Santa. She treated the us to cinnamon rolls and assured us she would change companies for next year. I hope so because you only get so many of these moments with your children. We reached out to Cherry Hill but they feel like it was handled correctly by them. They do not care about your children, or your families experience, memories, or the quality of the photo. There is no Christmas magic here. It is 100% about the $$ read more

Terrible photos, I used it today in Kenwood mall center, the worst photos in my history, out of square, without light, or frame, they don't ask you what package you want to buy, they print the ones they want and they don't let you choose, terrible terrible, bad photographer , without lighting, the worst I've seen in all these years, Pésimas fotos , lo usé hoy en Kenwood mall center, las peores fotos de mi historia , descuadradas , sin luz , ni marco , no te preguntan que paquete quieres comprar , imprimen las q ellos quieren y no te dejan escoger , pésimo pésimo , mal fotógrafa , sin iluminación , lo peor que he visto en todos estos años, read more

Paid for reservations only to be told there wete no pictures for the rest of the night when we showed up. Told "santa" we already paid and he said "don't know what to tell you" meanwhile the lady working the desk was swearing at a customer who had the same question. Shitty experience. Won't be back and expect a full refund. read more

Terrible experience at the West Town Mall in Knoxville TN. Santa refused to acknowledge my 2 year old son or say hi when I attempted to greet him in a friendly way. The photo people acted like my son was impossible to deal with and he was mildly cranky at best. No tantrums or crying. Got my money back and left with 0 photos because they gave up on my kid in like 2 minutes and couldn't be bothered. Luckily my kid is too little to care or be offended read more

They charge for a reservation to see Santa and then they will not honor the reservation and not refund you the amount they say it's first come first serve when they charge you for a reservation. I have talked to the supervisor and they will not refund me the money for a reservation I never received. My son had a weight behind several walk ups and people with reservations that were after us because the worker said that reservations do not matter if it's first come first serve so I sell reservation if you can't honor it? read more

we usually really love CherryHill but photos this year at Wiregrass in Florida was just horrible. Santa was great and understanding! my son is autistic, Santa knew right away and told the staff. the staff proceeded to be impatient and rushed my son. the child in front of us got 4 photos taken, we barely got two from the women. I didn't even take my son fully of Santa yet and the lady was telling the child behind us to go. the photographer was very irritable and didn't care to ask us if we were even satisfied with the one photo. out of the two photos we didn't even get to choose , she just printed one out and gave us our package. read more

I brought my three children to have photos taken with Santa today at the Burlington Mall. The lines were incredibly long, which is expected, and is why I booked a reservation. I showed up at the designated time and discovered the reservation line was at least 30 people long. While waiting , I struck up a conversation with several other families who were also waiting , and discovered my time slot was also the same time slot for the other families! Why would you book numerous people for the same time?! I booked on whereissanta.com, ( Cherry Hill productions ),which implies it's your own personal appointment The only bright side of this were the staff. They were organized, remained calm while under extreme pressure from customers yelling at them. Some people were actually verbally abusive . It made me sad to see people behaving this way, when the staff is working so hard, trying to accommodate everyone ,multitasking , while being professional and kind treated so harshly. The two elves named Mike were so helpful and a woman elf called Holly, was talking to every child she could. She was passing out crayons and Santa lists for the children waiting. It gave them an activity to focus on, to avoid major melt downs. Great idea! They all worked so well as a team under very high stress, and in spite of my wait and frustration, id return because of the staff. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFRIENDLY. Took our kids to get photos with Santa. There were two workers in addition to Santa, one doing check-in/photography and one printing photos. The person doing check-in didn't have our reservation info, didn't greet or speak to our 3 young kids (3,1 and 6 months), didn't help us pose for photos (give feedback, help position the kids, etc), didn't try to get the kids attention for the camera or anything. They snapped a few photos and told us we were done. The second worker printed our photos and gave them to us without even checking them. Never got to proof the photos, asked if we liked them. So unhappy with how the experience went. With 3 small kids and Santa photos we were expecting to at the least be met with friendly service, if not kid friendly service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Cherry Hills Programs doesn't not have a functioning customer service. I have been trying to get a hold of a representative and have not heard back. When calling the customer service line, the "option" to speak to a representative is non-existent. It's a circle of options. When you think you are moving forward, you end up in square one. The only way to get a hold of someone is through email, which would suffice if the issue you had was simple and/or straightforward, however, not if it requires further inquiry. read more

Worst customer service ever one of their sites had technical difficulties, which is fine so they would call us to return never did so we returned. They still weren't up and running and we still haven't gotten a call back. Reached out to corporate haven't received any help they started deleting comments on their social media. I don't regularly leave bad reviews, however this is for the Santaland at Macy's San Francisco. The Santa was great, reservation process was glitchy (but worked), and the staff was accommodating. You have to pay at least $45 for a digital photo, the issue is, you cannot access the photos. You can read this as a common issue from other Yelpers. No one will respond to your emails and I think it is best that Macy's switches vendors. Cherry Hill won't get a clue on how bad they are unless major companies leave them. If you don't get your digital photos, I recommend filing a dispute with your credit card company. read more

Took a child in a wheelchair to see Santa at the St. vital center mall in Winnipeg Manitoba. Santa didn't speak more than 3 words to her. I'm not sure if he was uncomfortable because she was handicapped or what was his problem. I had to ask him to hold her hand for the photos other wise he just sat there. when I got the survey question from cherry hill photography.... the site wouldn't accept my completed survey. Never will I go to a cherry hill photography for any more holiday photos. read more

I've tried to schedule a Santa Visit on the website seven times over two weeks. It either times out or says a time is available, and after I enter all the information required to schedule the appointment - it then says, "sorry, this time slot is not available." I've tried to call, but there is no number, and you can't reach the company via their website either. How can you SUCK this bad at something that should be so easy? This company should get a gigantic boulder of COAL from Santa every day!! read more

My family and I paid for and booked an appointment weeks ago. Not only did our family, but other families arrived today on time for our appointments to find they actually wouldn't open for another hour as they had double booked the Easter bunny for a dance recital showing at our mall. Unfortunately, the young employees were unable to reach management and could not offer any compensation. Over an hour and a half later we finally had pictures in hand. After spending $50 and being forced to wait we have been offered a refund of $4.95. In the future we will not use Cherry Hill Program for our holiday pictures. read more

We had a horrid experience at the Santa located at the Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa, Arizona. I'd never recommend coming here for a Santa photo or to bring little kids due to the obnoxiously mean, nasty elf working here. I came here with a family member to take a Santa photo and we were shocked with the rudeness and nastiness of the older lady working here as the elf. We were here at 11 AM, right when it opened. While waiting in line, the elf had to take down a phone number for your photo package and she seemed extremely cranky. When waiting in line closer to Santa, she was borderline yelling at people if they dared to touch their cell phone. She even got mad at one of us all because were holding a phone! She started going off about how personal photos are not allowed. We weren't even taking a photo! She then started going off on people that were standing outside of the Santa village that were just looking. She was mad at anyone who had a cell phone, which was everyone! It's 2023 lady, you can't stop cell phones!!!! She was on a rampage! People were standing outside of the Santa village commenting on how ridiculous she was, and how nasty she was being. She put such a damper on everything, there was absolutely no reason for this lady to be so nasty towards people! Why would they hire someone with that type of temperament around little kids that are excited to see Santa?! Unbelievable Santa experience! read more

Holy junk what a horrendously bad experience. I live 90 minutes away from the mall. This is west town mall in Knoxville tn. We are going to go to the mall and stop and see Santa. We had other stuff to do so a line is no problem We planned on being there for about 3 hours. We show up and get in line at 2:30. At 2:47 a lady comes and tells me that only the reservation line is open. I tell her that the earliest registration is 4:45 and we couldn't wait quite tear long. She said the walk up line will reopen at 4. We come back at 3:50. There is a sign that says Santa will be back at 415. We come back at 3:50 and her on line. They don't start admitting people until 4:20. They They allow a ton of registration people in because they were backed up from 4 pm..... So at 4:30 I ask them what the plan is. I am 3rd in the other line and my little girl just wants to see Santa.... I was told that reservations come first. I am like.... Yes and every 15 minutes there is supposed to walk ins allowed in to fit in but you just let 10 families go in a 15 minute span.... I said what good is a reservation if you just over book it? Why even have walk ins if they are going to have to stand for hours? I have to leave and will have water an extreme amount of time.... She said "you should have made a reservation". I was struck dumb by her stupidity read more

Cherry Hill Programs/Myholidaymonents has the worst services!!! I worked for them for a few weeks seasonal. I needed food stamps and in order to do so I needed physical paystubs from this company. I have been trying for weeks to get into contact with them. But every avenue I took has ended up with nothing. It is the same with unemployment as well as I had lost my other job recently and need paystubs for that too. I am worried that I will lose my apartment and still I cannot get ahold of them. What is more I do not know how I will file taxes next year if this keeps up. These people do not deserve to be in business. read more

We made a reservation but I doesn't matter bec they also take walk-ins so waited in line for almost an hour. It's not good when you have kids who will inevitably become impatient. Also, digital copies were promised in 24 hours but it was not available due to "IT issues." Customer service is only available via email who told me to continue to wait until up to another 3 days before the issue might be resolved. Will absolutely not be back again to any Santa event run by this company. read more

Okay, recently I worked for this company (if you can call it that), and there were red flags from the beginning. 1. No call, no-shows 2. Customers share their uncomfortable experiences. 3. Getting yelled at for working overtime. Because of no call no-shows. 4. Faulty equipment (printer and slow computers) 5. Being cussed out and oversharing personal problems. Sorry, but some of us don't have time to be superheroes and Dr. Phil. read more

The worst company to ever exist I'm not even joking. A couple years ago it used to be to be worldwide company and it was okay back then pricing was still up there but it wasn't as stupid as it is today. I worked for this company for about 4 years and it's a total scam. No you cannot get details on pricing if you don't buy a pic! No you cannot choose your photos even tho you paid over $50 for them. Yes you need to wait in line if you booked a reservation and paid an extra $5 for it!!!! The way the lines work is they book 5 reservations at the same time so every 15mins there's 5 reservations BUT we also need to take walks in at the exact same time so therefore is makes the lines extremely long because everyone wants to come take pictures the last two days that the set is there even tho they open for a month and a half for Christmas and a month for Easter. Its like everyone gets together and decides to be there on the last day and scream and threaten the 2 employees because they've been waiting in line for 2 hours meanwhile the 2 employees have been holding their piss and haven't had any breaks and can't get one because if they dare stop for 1 sec both of the lines will stare you down and complain even more about them simply standing in line...the company does not care about their employees and will tell The location manager that no breaks are allowed not even if ur in the hot bunny suit with no fans....i allowed employees to take a break as well as bunnies because that's against the law in CA and I didn't care what the district manager had to say. I will never be returning to this company again! I had a family member pass on march 30th at 9am so I was not able to make it in the last day the district manager was so insensitive to my situation and asked me to call her to see if I can make it in after I just told her I found out my cousin died 10mins ago...She accused me of trying to run away with that nights deposit and constantly made threatening phone calls to call the cops to my other cousin who worked there because I stopped replying to her since the season was over and the deposit was in the bank already....I deposited the money on a Sunday so it takes some time for it to hit the bank she non stopped harassed me until the money was in the account. On another note they care so much about their Money but if a customer needs a refund because they sold them things on online such as frames that the set did no have forget about that refund or file a dispute with ur bank because they do not Reply the simply disappear or reply with all sales are final then disappear! They don't care abt their customers or employees and we need to stop giving business to companies that treat people this way! read more

Hi. We had an appointment for 12:45 PM yesterday at Santan Village in Gilbert Arizona. When we got there we waited over an hour because the two workers couldn't figure out how to work the camera/ printer. After an hour of waiting the workers said "We are having a hard time we will be right back" and never came back. We had no one to give us a refund. I have called Cherry Hill 30 times and can't seem to speak to a person. This is the WORST company and we will never be back. I need someone to call me and or to process my refund IMMEDIATELY or I will be disputing this with my bank. read more

Made a Reservation for my toddler to take pictures with the Easter Bunny at 6:15 at The Rockaway Townsquare mall. Showed up at 6:08 pm at which point the bunny was just walking out. I informed the 2 girls that we had at 6:15 & she goes on to say they called but something seemed wrong with my number. Keep in mind it's the same number the reservation confirmation was sent to. The girl even confirmed the correct number! Not a single missed call or message was left on my phone. Keep in mind the Bunny is standing there and she proceeds to tell me that I need to come back Tomorrow. Now I maybe could understand if we weren't standing there but it would of taken 15 mins at most to take the pictures with the 2 1/2 year old that was so excited to take pictures with the Easter Bunny. But the 2 girls just kept saying we would have to come back tomorrow . This was beyond unprofessional & clearly a lack of work ethic. The appointment times went till 7pm!! I will be posting about this company across all my socials. This company hires lazy employees with no accountability & allows them to leave early and ruin small children's days. read more

I stopped by Stone Briar Mall, Frisco,tx a few days ago for my baby to take pics with Santa. We made an appointment, got dressed up and drove 1 hour to get there. There was only 1 family before me and there was no one after me. We were asked what poses we would like to take, but I explained my baby didn't know how to pose yet, so we just went with the flow. My baby was not good with strangers and cried the entire session. We were not allowed time to cheer the baby up and we got to take pics with her for one pose. The entire experience lasted less than a minute. When we were done, they chose some photos, reprinted and showed us and said in order to choose all photos we would have to pay package A which is $49.99. I don't mind to pay, but if I paid that much, I should have been shown the photos and had the opportunities to take the photos again, because she was crying in all photos. Terrible experience. Never again. read more

Horrible company that just likes to scam people. Late for appointments without a care in the world.

I made a reservation for photos with Santa and the manager told me reservation times are not honored, and that all photos are taken as a first come basis. Let's just say I worked for this company for multiple seasons. People who also work here as higher ups like to tell regular employees such as myself personal information about other employees even ones at different malls. if I could leave a 0 I would. This was the most unprofessional photography group I ever dealt with! The workers cussing at customers and walked off midsanta shoot and told the parents to take their own damn photos ?! The so called customer service number is just a robot and you can't even talk to nobody about getting a refund . This was literally the worst Santa photo experience ever. because why pay for reservations and if you were going to stand in the same line as everyone else who didn't pay and more than likely miss the reservation times because your in line 2-3 hours waiting with kids that don't have patience. so why prepay for the reservation it just didn't make it make any sense. They was super unorganized and rude. I would never do any photography services with them again ! read more

My partner had the misfortune of working here. They paid him and his coworkers weeks and a month late. They also made him play a cat and mouse game just to get paid the full amount. He went further into debt just to cover his food during the holidays while they took their time to pay him the remainder: 3 weeks after Christmas. While at first they respected his schedule, they gave him an erratic schedule the third week. Due to lack of supervision, he ended up assuming the dutiES and responsibilities of a manager while still receiving minimum wage. This company is a scam. They have charged for a service and not provided that service. They charge $50 for their main package including digital portraits but then leave a watermark on the pictures. When you go to their site to retrieve the pictures they require people to pay $11 more at the site to release the watermark. They tell you to wait 24 hours for the watermark to disappear and then nothing. I contacted the company and waited another 24 hours per their request and still there's a watermark on the pictures. I wish I could give this company one star. This company is a joke. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they don't care. I booked an appointment at Perimeter mall for my newborn twins for their first ever Santa visit. When I arrived there was two lines one that said walk in and one that said appointments. I went to the appointment line. The very unorganized lady told me I needed to wait in the walk up line. Well why did I make an appointment then? She said it's because the guy that was supposed to work the appointment line didn't show up for work. Not my problem. There was a reason I booked an appointment so I didn't have to wait in a long line with newborn twins. It gets worse. I prepaid for a package for $50 where I was supposed to get multiple pictures printed out. When I went to check out I got one picture. ONNE. That they picked for me. I asked if I could Pick what pictures they printed and she said no she is the only one that can choose. I pay $50 and some Ramon lady get to pick out what picture I want printed of MY Twins. Absolutely Absurd. Don't waste your time with this company. read more
