While visiting the Nauticus Maritime Museum & Battleship Wisconsin in Norfolk, VA, on July 10th with our grandsons, they had their photos taken at the museum photo station. I normally pass on souvenir photos but these were very cute and a good remembrance of our day so I purchased the package already made up - a 5x7, a 3x5 and 2 3x4 photos, and I was told the purchase price included access to the four digital images. Once home, I tried to access the images from the Nauticus website using the QR code and number on the photo sheet but received a message that the number was not correct. I contacted Nauticus and they said I'd have to contact Cherry Hill Programs. I contacted Cherry Hill by email that day and nearly two weeks later have had no response. I hope any organization considering using this company for "souvenir photos" will reconsider. read more

Save your time and your money. We went here for our kids photos with the Easter Bunny this year (2025), and we were beyond disappointed with the service. When we showed up for our reserved time and saw no line we were initially excited, but that should have been the warning we needed. The Easter Bunny was not at all engaging and acted perturbed by the fact that we asked him to hold our 4 month old while our other two kids sat in either side of him. The girls working snapped their quick photos and didn't even tell us that in every photo the Bunny's hand was covering our newborns face. Then when trying to look at the photos, one girl sat on her phone and the other printed only a few pictures and wouldn't show us the rest. Absolutely terrible, would not recommend. After waiting over an hour+ for Santa and his staff to return from their break and having to keep my 20 month old daughter occupied in line, we finally got to see Santa at 5:30pm. We had a nice session with Santa himself and prepaid online $50 for our photos. When we went to pickup our photos, the junior staff members proceeded to tell us that we COULD NOT choose the photos we liked and IF we wanted a "better looking photo" then we would have to pay more. My daughter was looking at the camera in all photos EXCEPT for the photos they gave me and said this is what our money gets us......ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? This company was trying to force me to pay for something I DID NOT WANT and FORCING me to pay for a photo where my daughter wasn't even looking at the camera? MAKING ME PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS CRAP AND TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PAY MORE FOR A "BETTER PHOTO" ON PURPOSE. This is beyond atrocious and a complete scam. Santa himself was wonderful, but the staff completely ruined the experience. I was first in the standby line for over 45 minutes, and no one was taken. Two people behind us made reservations on their phones, switched lines, and were helped before us. I only made a reservation to pre-pay, not to change lines. My reservation time was literally one minute after they called me from standby, yet staff refused to see my child, claiming I was "early," in the wrong line, and trying to cut. I was accused of manipulating the system, told to move to the back of the reservation line, and security was called when I questioned it. My child was denied the chance to sit with Santa, I was refused a refund, refused a manager, and the employee would not give her name. At that point, we didn't even want the photos anymore--these people ruined the moment. We just wanted my child to be able to sit with Santa. I was charged $56 for a $39 package and didn't even get to choose which picture I wanted, despite there being absolutely no line. Also, that package included 2 - 4x6, and 4 - wallet sized photos. Did not have a good experience today with Santa pictures. I went to the mall I always go to for Santa pictures and didn't realize that they changed the company doing the pictures. I did get to pick the picture they printed (couldn't even see all the pictures until I got home and paid extra for the digital downloads, I couldn't choose the boarder (or no boarder), had to pay extra for the digital copies and the cashier was disorganized and really was totally unable to comprehend simple requests. The photographer was great, but the woman who was in charge of printing the pictures had no clue as to what she was doing. "Gumdrop" the elf was incompetent and beyond rude. She was yelling at the parents who dared to ask questions. None of the parents were rude to her. She was clearly overwhelmed but that is no excuse for her behavior. Several of the kids watching this started to cry. She also told people they could just go up and take iPhone pictures. I'm sure this cost Santa and your company quite a few dollars. She was also telling people that she would not reprint them, just ask for a refund. By this time the printing line was over two hours long because of her ineptitude. I took my kids to take pictures with Santa in deerbrook Mall in December! I paid $92 for pictures and a frame-their credit card machine didnt work so I paid cash! Fenton - Cary, NC I scheduled an appointment for my dog ( PJ ) to take some Christmas Pictures with Santa. The Christmas atmosphere was VERY present upon approaching as Santa was inside an igloo! Today was a horrendous experience solely based on the staff, unprofessionalism and tact. I did not have a reservation. I waited patiently switching from reservation to stand by. One taken in each line. The pattern continued for 30 minutes. Switching back and forth. One reservation One standby. I thought nothing different as our time was next. I stepped up, sat by santa, had a nice exchange. The young and inexperienced customer service worker, yelled out to me....so what...you taking a picture!! My head shook back, yes. She yelled again, we are only taking reservations. She continued to roll her eyes. My daughter and I got up. Went back to the line. This employee continued to glare at us, which unfolded my daughters comfortability. She started to get overwhelmed and cried. We left the line. Tradition broken by your employee!!! Kids operating the booth are just not good at their jobs. A lot of these kids don't understand customer service, and engagement. Please just hire me next year and you won't be sorry! Maybe I can help you train your employees.... Anyway, this bunny was cute but the photographer was not great, rude and not good with kids ... again, young, but you can clearly tell he hates his job. Between his not great skills and the way they set up their photo packages, expect to buy the most expensive package to get the pic that's semi decent. Also they won't retake photos. You also cannot pick the sizes of what photos, they print the 2-3 different poses on all assorted sizes and purposely keep the best ones in the "higher package" and of course you want the best photo! So scammy. ALSO... they waste so many pics and they just dump them in a bin.... Where do they go? What are they doing with all the printed pics and why are they so wasteful?! I'm one of the unlucky ones who's mother insists on my brother and I taking these pics EVERY YEAR, so I think 32 years if these qualifies me to say this is the WORST company to ever get pictures through. We went to Westgate in Saratoga, CA on 12/8/21 1) Santa insisted we grown adults sit on his lap which as grown adults, is just awkward, uncomfortable and unnecessary 2) The photographer was deep into his phone, texting away at something and leaving my brother and I to sit on Santa's knees for longer than necessary. Despite us and Santa saying "hello!" "Hi could you take the picture?" And "Excuse me?" several times, we could get his attention and he moved behind the monitor on the desk to continue texting "out of sight." 3) Once we took the pictures we had no choice in identifying 1) which pictures we wanted or 2) which package we wanted. So they printed whichever pose they wanted in whichever size they wanted and proceeded to print out the largest most expensive package with the explicit intention of throwing out the ones we don't buy. What a waste of resources AND extra waste all that is completely avoidable. And WHAT!? Why can't we pick the best picture to be printed in the size we want?? 4) the ONLY options to purchase your pictures are what's pictured. So as someone who's done this for decades and only wants one 5"x7" to add to the many other 5"x7" Santa pics on her mother's wall. This is absurd. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend using these services ever again. I'd rather pay someone $40 to sit in a Santa suit and take a singular picture next year and moving forward. Showed up to our appointment time with our 7 week old baby yesterday. Pouring rain, made us wait outside in 42 degree weather as their line of people with reservations spanned maybe 25-30 groups at least. Waited for about fifteen mins before finding out that their systems went down and they were over two hours behind schedule. They gave me a phone number for customer service and said we could get a refund. Of course, customer service came back today saying they wouldn't issue a refund. I am livid. So what is the point of having a reservation if the company can't honor it? Did they really expect those of us with tiny children and/ or infants to wait outside in the wet cold Chicago weather? Very disorganize my appointment was at 1:30 it took place at 3:00pm keep in mind we have 3 children with us, thirsty, hungry and tired . Please avoid the Shops at Atlas Park they are equipped with unprofessional discriminatory staff especially the photographer Fabiola who "refused services" because we had a reservation that we cancelled due to long wait lines. Since walkins were available we stayed in line and when it was our turn exactly after a "walk in" she said "I refuse services, I had to call my district manager to cancel your reservation we are not accepting walk ins." Burlington Santa crew, this experience was the best present of all! I see a lot of terrible reviews with very small amount of stars, but I think that that has to do with the lines and the timing-not really the product or the people. This is just my opinion and my experience. My team and I went to get pictures with Santa on Wednesday, December 18 at 11:45. The crew, I will not give their real names as I see all these negative reviews here! (D, C and Santa) were great! It was a fun and very joyful experience. We were all excited to get candy canes after we saw Santa and reviewing the options we had for our Christmas cards. I hope that people are kind to the staff because many of these problems in the negative reviews that I read were not due to the people who work there. read more

We just had the worst Santa experience at Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The attendant managing the line had absolutely no smile and was not welcoming at all. People were annoyed because there was absolutely no time management with these so called reservations that you have to make online and the attendant was allowing people who were late go ahead of other people. Last year, we booked a reservation and waited for an hour while we watched the walk in lines be taken first. We left the reservation line and went to the walk in line and were still seen before the people in the reservation line. This year, I didn't bother making a reservation because of that. We are sitting in a walk up line with an estimated wait time of 1.5hrs and no one from the walk up line is being taken. We were then told that in 30 minutes they will be putting us at the back of the reservation line and operating only one line. I really cannot understand their operation, and if it were free or inexpensive I would understand and expect a dysfunctional system but to spend $50+ dollars on this "professional" experience is highway robbery. read more

I would strongly advise against taking Santa photos at Ridgedale Mall in Minnesota. The quality of the photos was extremely poor, with noticeable black smears on the digital images. I reached out to customer service, provided them with the photo of my four month old sons face, and explained the issue, but was told that only 5 of the prints had smears, which, according to their "quality standards," meant they wouldn't offer any compensation or reprints.
