We had to call and write repeatedly, but our sweet spot of opportunity evaporated. He continuously allowed tremendous swaths of time - first, a month: then, three weeks, then almost a month over the holiday season, and now it's too late. He apologized, saying he had been busy. How is that our problem??? If he was too busy to take our case he sure wasn't too busy to take our money. I recommended Faigenbaum to assist my boyfriend's elderly parents and feel unbelievably upset that I wasted their money. I would never recommend him to anyone - he may think he's a great attorney, to us he has been mainly useless.

Mary Jo did an excellent job of re-crafting my firm's old Professional Services Agreement to better protect the firm. She accomplished this word-smithing of the agreement adding to its substance while not changing the style and format of the old form so that old clients would still be comfortable with my PSA agreement now in a much more robust format. We are now waiting on the 4th FSA as the 3rd one was still not correct. My own lawyer had to educate Robert W. Hershman, Jr. on the PA estate planning laws, the subsequent FSAs did not reflect what was previously agreed to, and on the last round I did the numbers myself and had my lawyer send them over so we could finally get a correct FSA. As of this writing, we are still waiting.
