We had to call and write repeatedly, but our sweet spot of opportunity evaporated. He continuously allowed tremendous swaths of time - first, a month: then, three weeks, then almost a month over the holiday season, and now it's too late. He apologized, saying he had been busy. How is that our problem??? If he was too busy to take our case he sure wasn't too busy to take our money. I recommended Faigenbaum to assist my boyfriend's elderly parents and feel unbelievably upset that I wasted their money. I would never recommend him to anyone - he may think he's a great attorney, to us he has been mainly useless.
