Over my past visits I was told several cards had nothing on them. I was advised to use the app. I added cards. Then I was told two more cards had nothing on them. The second to last time I went I brought all my cards. The barista wrote the number of stamps (9 and 5) and money (5.75 and 1.25). She said the others were empty. Again, I thought maybe I got my cards confused. She tossed the empties, I went on my way. Today I asked if I could combine cards. No. No worries I would get my latte with my $5.75. No. No money on that card. I paid for my drink, but it took so long a man became hostile. He honked and when I left flipped me off. None of that would have happened had the gift cards been honored. I feel like there is some serious dishonesty at Floco. That's why I had them check the cards in the first place. I go maybe a few times a year. Once I realized there was something wrong I tried to use up my cards. I went 6 times this spring through summer and should have at least 14 stamps and $7 remaining for today's visit. Plus through the years I felt one of the $25 cards wasn't honored. Make sure you get receipts AND have them write on and initial each charge on your gift cards. I personally will not go back.​

Although they are not huge, they are filling, and extraordinarily flavorful. Like spot on high end food. They do all the normal coffee stand drinks as well as burritos and sandwiches. Seating is limited to a few uncovered picnic tables, and they have a drive through. Super friendly staff and a really good product. Well worth it in my opinion.
