The fitting rooms were open(!!) and clean. The store was pretty busy, yet staff was available, aisles were clean, shelves and racks were organized. The checkout did have about a dozen people (I wish they still had 6ft distance signs) but it was still quick to get to the cashier and be on our way. Angie talked to Olivia a lot calling her a pretty girl and good girl. Olivia is a friendly girl and had all her teeth removed (dental problem)and front claws had also been removed. I think that she would be an easy client. I really appreciated the fact that Angie talked to Olivia easing her angst about being in new surroundings and getting her belly shaved.
