So I go in the morning of 6/16/25 to talk to Nate and set up time to pour 10 yards on the morning…read moreof 6/19/25 do to it being the coolest day for the next 10 days which we discussed why I wanted to pour early as I go out the door I asked Nate what time and he said 7:30. On 6/18/25 in the afternoon we had two different phone calls first he called to tell me that I would be pouring at 9:30. I said no way we was scheduled to pour at 7:30. He didn't ask me he told me!! So I asked nate why and Nate said he didn't have to explain it to me or anyone else he mentioned many times about me being a one time customer? Which I've been going in that door since 1977. First he said if they was pouring a bridge I would be canceled than he come up with. I'm not pouring at 7:30 cause a contractor wants to pour in the Morning and that he was on the computer to pour all week. And I said you never said anything about anybody else pouring that morning. He repeated he didn't have to explain himself to one time customer??? My opinion is Nate has his head up the contractors a.. and he caved to there demands. Nate is a liar!!! and you would think that a company would get rid of a person that doesn't care if the company loses money. Could have been so easy me pour at 7:30 the contractor could have poured before 8:30 or sooner for a half hour this idiot cost the company money more than they know. And it costs me plenty of aggravation and time so since I have so much time I'll be writing text and letters to anyone I can think of. Please don't call Nate oh yes last year Nate completely forgot about us pouring was a hour behind only cause I had to chase him down time and money don't seem to mind to Nate oh it's not his. Delivery was on time but from the moment they got to our house, we realized immediately they didn't know what they were doing. First of all, they didn't know how to take the outside door off the hinge. They didn't bring any tools (so we supplied those). They didn't know they were taking our old refrigerator with them & had trouble disconnecting the plumbing (we supplied the tools). And the biggest problem was that even though we paid for the new installation hose to hook up the water to the icemaker, the guy said they aren't allowed to touch it. I told him there must be a mistake because we paid for the hose & installation. He informed me we needed to hire a plumber!!! I said , "Wait a minute!. If I would've been told you weren't going to hook up the water after we paid for the service, I would've gone somewhere else to buy the refrigerator!" We were extremely unhappy with the delivery service and after paying a plumber over $100 for a 5 minute job to attach the water line, Lowes gave us a $16 refund for the new water hose we purchased. Gee. thanks alot. I'll never do business with them ever again
