I can see the kitchen window and there are 6 heads in view and they appear to be super busy prepping and getting out the food. Apparently that wasn't the case. All looks good, alas, there is nothing on my plate that is even warm. I Asked if they had a microwave they could reheat my plate, it was that cold. Found out also that the chick sandwich and potato that was delivered first was not warm either. Still waiting on a steak and steak tips at this point everyone else was pretty much done with their food. The steak was good, again the potato cold. They had gloves that you could wear while grabbing salad from the salad bar. The pizza was reasonably good too. The crust was thin and crisp. Tasted like other pizza buffet chains. Husband said it wasn't as good as it was when he was a kid. I think it's coz he is an adult now and his tastes have evolved...somewhat. Our server was very nice. The servers are always kind and courteous. They will ask you if you have a special pizza request, because they will make it for you. We have always found the food bar to be well stocked and clean. This trip all the napkin dispenses were empty but as soon as I told the manager some were immediately brought to our table. Something new this trip was the addition of boxes of plastic serving gloves people could use to handle the serving utensils. All the pizza we ate was hot and delicious. Was it NY style or thick crust...no. But it was a very good version of what we have come to know and love about Pizza Inn pizza.
