From the start, he was very attentive to detail and took the time to really listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. He asked thoughtful questions and made sure to fully understand my symptoms. He also explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. It made the whole visit feel much more reassuring. What stood out most was how caring and genuinely concerned he was about my well-being. It felt like he truly wanted me to get better, not just treat the symptoms and move on. Based on this first visit, I feel confident continuing care with this office and would definitely recommend him to others.

I had a very bad experience with Fiona Chung, the NP at One Medical Palo Alto. I went in for a…read morethroat check and she wanted to use a swab to get some culture tissue out from my throat for tests. But she didn't use a tongue depressor, so she made me feel like I was going to throw up several times, and because of that, she wasn't able to get the tissue she wanted and we had to repeat the procedure again and again. Then I reminded her that she should use a tongue depressor. She responded that it was going to make the process more uncomfortable and difficult... But she used it in the end upon my request. Then it really worked and she was able to get the tissue without me feeling uncomfortable. This made her speechless. On top of that, I got my test results after the visit and she didn't even write me a message telling me how to interpret the test results. I had to Google the results myself but I wasn't able to find an answer. In summary, Fiona is highly unprofessional and inexperienced. She doesn't take her job seriously enough. Please avoid her if you use this clinic.

When she decided she needed to downsize her practice to achieve better life balance, she did so through a LOTTERY. I mean puh-leeze.
