When I came to collect them finally I told them how disappointed I was and that I had to pay twice the price elsewhere to get another suit dry cleaned because they did not delivered what was promised to which they still charged me full price. It's not particularly near me, but I'd dropped my partner off at work (I know, I'm a fantastic girlfriend) and this was between there and home. Plus there's a Woolworths Express (is that what they're called?) next door. Alright so, first off, it's bigger than it looks on the outside. So as I ventured toward the back of the TARDIS the lady at the counter asked me what I was after. She was nice, friendly, informative, and just the right amount of sympathy.
