The supervisor on the self service check outs needs extra training in relation to customer service, I listened to the way she spoke to some seniors and it was disgraceful, so rude and arrogant. I know you can't make a silver purse out of a sows ear, but that shouldn't stop the powers that be from trying to convert this creature into something more human. read more
