I brought in two pieces of clothing, both for the dry cleaner and one also needed some repairs. When I came in it looked a little messy, but when I gave the guy my cloths I knew my cloths will be in good hands. Both pieces I brought in needed to be handled carefully. He immediately checked what kind of fabric it was. Plus punt one. I brought them in on Saturday and could pick them up again on Wednesday. Plus two. When I picked them up I checked if the repair was good, and it was perfect. Like my blouse was new again. Plus three. And the other two are just because they are professional and know what they are doing, I definitely come back soon again! Love it. It made my day.

Washing a full load is about the same price as sending 2 shirts using hotel service. I had one load of clothes and read the self service instructions. It still took a bit to figure out the illustrated buttons on the washer. Luckily the woman here was super courteous, helpful and showed me what to. For 11€ I thought it was fair in Amsterdam. She told me when to come back in 40 minutes and then helped me with the dryer instructions. After one time, it's really simple. 5€ for 20 minutes and clothing was dry even on low heat. Cash or credit. For full service it only costs 2€ more, so if you come back in a few hours or the next day that's a bargain. I'll be back to wash more clothes!

It's 16 euros for full service. The owner was super nice and I accidentally left my drivers license in my pant pocket. I had no idea!! He returned it along with some loose euros we had in one of our pockets! The clothes were folded nicely and put back in the bags we had the clothes in. It took about 2.5 hours which allowed us to walk around some more. Highly recommend!!

And it was me who checked it, owner just gave it to me hoping I would not notice. I said it's torn and definitely by iron (it's a very thin expensive fabric). He started to argue that he never had those issues, took it back and said he will call back. He never called, I cane after 10 days and he stated that it's my fault , the favors is too old and thin. I was very silly and put my token in before I set up the washing machine which meant I paid for nothing. Luckily, as I was contemplating having a good cry this man who just got there to clean the dryers helped me out and gave me another token.
