My mother is a heavy smoker, so the house had nicotine stains underneath the sofas. The owner, Dominic went to the house with another technician to do the carpet cleaning. He did a good job removing the stains, but was not as attentive to the edges of the stairs and closets. Overall, for the price, he didn't do a bad job. I would recommend this carpet cleaning company to others.

Very happy. Also, unlike another company named after the province, they will not up-charge you when they get to your house (e.g. Oh, you have a dog, I'll have to pre-treat for $X.00). Been there and won't be there again. Al-Care gives you a quote per square footage, pre-treatment, spot treatment, and deep cleaning all included. I was quoted for 500 sq.ft. with 12 stairs but when he measured it was 450 sq.ft and that's what he charged me for. Honest too! Highly recommended.

The Tecnician they…read moresent over was experienced and knowledgeable, although he did nothing but grumble and complain about how dirty it was- I told him that if was easy I would have rented a carpet cleaner at Safeway and done it myself for 1/6 the price. He was there an hour and a half and a sizeable living room and 2 smallish bedrooms were done for about 160. It had several small dark stains- paint drops and wax that I didn't expect to come out, but one lighter organic stain was still there when he left, and I was able to lighten it further with not much more than hot water and a towel. I think he got a bit lazy at the end as I had to leave for a bit. All I expect is do your best.

Premium Carpet had the most appealing in price but we also wanted to make sure it was done right. They came into our house at no charge for an in home quote and explained the process and cleaners they would be using. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies who told us their prices but seemed unsure of themselves when it came to pet stain and odors. They came in within the next few days and cleaned out the room along with the hallway and part of another spare bedroom that we also needed done. The cost was reasonable and it was done very well. A few days later (as expected) the smell was significantly less but there was a tad bit still there. I texted Cory and Kate and with no questions asked they came in the next day to do one final treatment at no cost and no hassle. It is now completely gone! We hired another carpet cleaning company in the past for the same rooms and paid significantly more and had not even close to the same results! I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone. Very personable and friendly.
