He also let me know that he could disinfect, and since we hadn't had our carpets cleaned since we moved in (7 years! Yikes!), I went ahead and added that service for a little extra. Total cost was around $170-ish with the disinfecting solution. He did a great job, got up some stains (and lots of cat hair!) that had been there for quite a while. My carpets look fantastic! Thanks, Alex for a great job.

I bought a couple of urban barn chairs three years ago that needed to be cleaned and freshened up prior to my planned house move. He carefully detailed the process and all costs involved. The entire process was completed in less than an hour and I asked me to inspect the work prior to settling the invoice. Both chairs look amazing and I would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.

I've used another carpet cleaning service almost two years ago, and didn't like the results, nor the over-pricing for what was done -- so I did some research this go-around, and this time I used Premium Carpet Cleaning. Premium Carpet had the most appealing in price but we also wanted to make sure it was done right. They came into our house at no charge for an in home quote and explained the process and cleaners they would be using. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies who told us their prices but seemed unsure of themselves when it came to pet stain and odors. They came in within the next few days and cleaned out the room along with the hallway and part of another spare bedroom that we also needed done. The cost was reasonable and it was done very well. A few days later (as expected) the smell was significantly less but there was a tad bit still there. I texted Cory and Kate and with no questions asked they came in the next day to do one final treatment at no cost and no hassle. It is now completely gone! We hired another carpet cleaning company in the past for the same rooms and paid significantly more and had not even close to the same results! I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone. Very personable and friendly.

Luckily, Duty Cleaners completely put those concerns to rest. From the initial booking process to the actual cleaning appointment, everything was remarkably straightforward. No complicated procedures, no surprises, just clear communication and a team that showed up exactly when they said they would! The cleaning team who came to my home really were awesome. They were genuinely friendly and approachable, which made everything feel comfortable rather than intrusive. They moved through our home pretty quickly, yet somehow managed to catch a lot of details. My bathroom, in particular, completely blew me away with how clean it was. I consider myself who cleans regularly, but seeing the results of a professional deep clean was crazy. The quality of work, the reliability, and the peace of mind makes pricing completely reasonable. Overall the rate was low, and I'm super pleased with the cleaning!
